Despite confirming my appointments promptly via SMS, I continue to receive redundant text reminders and repeated follow-up phone calls asking for confirmation. The lack of coordination in their scheduling system takes away from an otherwise high standard of care. I sincerely hope management addresses these administrative bottlenecks soon. If these communication issues are not resolved by the end of the year, I will unfortunately have to look for another practice for my ongoing care."

Full explanation on the procedure and the findings. Dr. Novak never rushed me at any point and spent the time I needed to understand everything. the office took care of any insurance issues. After hurting my lower back and just dealing with it for months my co worker recommended I call this office. I initially saw Dr Basra one of the spine specialists. He took his time and explained everything clearly to me and actually showed me my MRI. I was able to see that I had a herniated disk. He suggested an Epidural injection for the pain. I was able to have a consultation and injection with Dr Abbasi within a week. They have an amazing set up to do the injections in their office. Their assistants made me feel comfortable, played music to calm my nerves and were able to get me home in an hour after my injection. Doing much better now Highly recommend!

The second call to another receptionist is reluctant to help and insists that I must come in for an appointment although I was in five months before.. They had also prescribed a boot for me and some pt exercises. Neither really helped with the pain. So, I asked if I can get a script for an anti inflammator. At which point they all said, "he hasn't seen you in awhile" (a mere five months). No doubt another reason for them to ring the cash register again so he can look at it for 2 minutes. I just walked in and waited--- wasn't that bad at all, about 15 minutes. Dr. Bienenstock was very sweet to me when she broke the news that I was only using 40% of my lung capacity. WHATTTTT!?!?!?!?!??! Am I going to die?! *Wheeze wheeze* "A healthy young girl like you shouldn't be short of breath after climbing up stairs," she smiled brightly and handed me a prescription for an inhaler. "Don't worry, it's reversible... *detailed medical instructions*" Thanks Doc! Quick, painless, and easy. Moral of the story: get a family practitioner, use Dr. Bienenstock.
