Asked why we never complained, well they never came to ask because their service was poor they clearly didn't have their eye on things . Fair point though but we came for a nice meal in a nice setting not to complain. We ordered a bottle of wine but the brand was not available because in his words "the original was warm" so he changed this and we agreed, we made a point though of asking about the cost for the bottle. Later in the bill the wine would to show up double in the price, why did he not volunteer this increase in the beginning. If you substitute the original price should remain unchanged surely? Or say. My argument was he substituted this and we asked the cost in the beginning but he said but you have drunk this, oh well of course and now he claims they don't have the original brand, he said earlier it was warm, so he is being dishonest or just making this up as he goes along, well of course! Clearly a trick to increase sales on tourist, try and get one over by changing the wine for a more expensive one. The food was sub standard their service dishonest and ended up being expensive. He should have said "sorry we don't have that wine you want but we have this and it will cost this amount" rather than landing this on you at the end with an 100% increase. People like this should be reported for their tactics. I can deal with the substitute but you must respect and let people know of price increases especially when this involves increasing by 100%. Nothing but shocking service and I had to argue well to get this reduced. Avoid at all cost.
