Unfortunately- there is no option to leave a review on their facebook page; the wait staff were absolutely lovely, but there was one lady who took it upon herself to make my family's dining experience rather "interesting" (for lack of a better word)
My family arrived there, with expectations for amazing food, like the Montezuma's in Toowoomba, however, the food was nothing special, if anything- can be made at home from scratch with better results. Anyways, my family ordered early awaiting company, and when her friends arrived, saw the food arrive after placing their order; they decided to cancel and politely informed the wait staff.
There was a woman, presumably management (old, kinda pudgy) who stormed out to the table and in a nutshell asked what was wrong with the food. The diners responded in an honest and polite manner, that they changed their mind after seeing what came out and proceeded to pay for the meals that were already brought out. The finale was what really sealed the deal, upon payment- she quickly proceeded to close the transaction and when my mother asked for her copy of the receipt; this woman gave her the MERCHANT COPY and sent them off with "People actually like our food and you can eat somewhere else."
If her approach was different, perhaps it wouldn't have been so appalling- and she was right, hog's breath do better meals. At the end of the day, the customer satisfaction is important (surprise!) Not only is it the leading indicator to measure customer loyalty, identify unhappy customers, reduce churn and increase revenue ,it is also a key point of differentiation that helps you to attract new customers in competitive business environments. read more
