WARNING: Predatory and Unauthorized Billing Practices. They kept my credit card on file without my signed consent and manually charged me a hidden $138.13 "missed appointment" fee. I never signed a financial agreement or a Card-on-File authorization allowing them to store my payment data. They rely on a vague automated text message that says a fee "might" apply, without ever disclosing the actual dollar amount, and use that as an excuse to run your card when you aren't there. DO NOT GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF MILITARY OR MOVE OFTEN This office: 1. Does not check if your insurance covers procedures before suggesting and performing them and surprises you and leaves you to pay in full at check out 2. I moved after my procedure and gave them my new address out of state, to which they sent me my product. However, they state that they sent my bills to my old address (my mail is still being forwarded, and these were not forwarded to me) after I notified them of my new address. Because I was unaware they sent the bills to the old address, these remained unpaid and they sent to collections. I learned of this through the collections agency and was forced to pay a collections fee of 50% of the original bill. The office was unapologetic and not helpful in the slightest. read more

i went here 2 years ago due to an ingrown toenail. Was seen by a female doctor but can't remember her name. i had to go see her more than once. when I went for one of my appointments I told her my leg was hurting and my toes were turning dark. She did an X-ray and told me my foot was fractured and I had to buy a boot to wear. It didn't change or help anything. I went to see an orthopedic doc and he took X-rays. I DID NOT HAVE A FRACTURE AND NEVER HAD ONE! That doctor was furious and immediately sent me to a vascular doctor. I had a blood clot in my leg. If I had trusted the podiatrist I would have lost my leg. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I visited Dr. Christie at Montgomery Foot Care several weeks ago. She was very thorough during the exam. Her staff was helpful and answered my questions on this visit - my first. We scheduled in-grown toe nail surgery (for one toe - needing two). When I arrived, I was very anxious as my blood pressure showed. I had heard many stories about the surgery. The staff was great! I explained my nervousness. When the nurse, Leslie, and Dr. Christie entered the room, I'm sure my blood pressure peaked again. Dr. Christie explained the procedure. When the doctor was getting ready to numb my toe, Leslie asked if I wanted to hold her hand. I said "YES"! My mom held my hand when we went to the doctor for shots. I felt so much better. What compassion! Dr. Christie and Leslie talked me through the procedure. The follow-up instructions were perfect. I encourage you to purchase their post-op kits. Everything you need to heal! I plan to have the toe nail surgery on the other toe once this one heals completely. If you need a good podiatrist with an excellent staff to help you heal, call them.
