Apparently the owner wasn't in, but the son was and he couldn't have cared less. Mom mom just asked for an apology from the advisor and was told that wasn't going to happen today. What kind of business are y'all running here? It's okay to try and disrespect customers? My parents and little brother were treated very disrespectfully. I am so ashamed that I told them to bring it to this dealership's service department.
