That was the same with the carbonara, salty and plain, it was also really small for the price and the dish was room temperature. The lasagne was overpowered by tomato, too rich yet somehow still managed to be plain. And then with cans of soft drink at $4, just not right. However there were some great aspects, specifically everything to do with the wait staff. They were personable and super friendly. The food took a while to be prepared, but when it was ready it was at our table in no time. We have visited La Lupa many times in the past 7-8 years. The first time we were gobsmacked about how great it is. But now everytime we visit, the food we eat declines in quality and quantity.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Food is oily and disgusting and they have poor hygiene practices. No gloves etc... avoid! Plenty of other local options with better food and run by nice people who actually appreciate their customers.
