The great thing about being at Stop & Shop picking up these platters we also were able to get a bunch of sodas, plates, plastic knives, and forks, etc. one stop shopping. As with All stopping shops, they have a large parking lot so parking is not a problem. I'm not sure of the cleanliness of the store as I did not enter. They were ordered on the phone and others picked up the platters. But all the Stop & Shop that I have gone in uphold a supermarket cleanliness. When orders are mishandled, management has not provided effective assistance or solutions. But having a customer have to wait 7 business days to receive a refund, but you don't know this is the only funds that a customer has (money-wise, EBT, etc.). The Star Market app has ongoing technical issues, including frequent glitches, incorrect address selection, and problems with item substitutions. This is why it's hard for a customer to trust your app. These issues have persisted for over a year, resulting in orders being delivered to the wrong addresses. When I have contacted the store for assistance, staff have not taken responsibility or provided effective support, which is frustrating given the time invested in shopping. The process of using Uber and DoorDash for delivery is inefficient, often requiring customers to cancel and restart their orders, which is inconvenient and reflects poorly on the company. Star Market should address the app's technical issues, enhance customer service and delivery processes, and ensure customers receive timely support when problems occur. Additionally, policies with third-party delivery services like Uber and DoorDash should be revised to provide greater flexibility for shoppers.

Straight back as you walk in there is a case that has Capone foods pastas and stuff, which is really convenient if you don't want to have to go all the way over to their store. There's also a little ATM, though I haven't used it--I'd imagine there's a fee as you use it, but don't know. Overall it's a decent place to stop by if you need a few items. The prices are fair, which was actually a surprise given the small size of the market. The place is well-lit, clean, and almost always empty, but I hope it sticks around so I can keep making my 9pm milk-runs.

They've also hosted wine tastings and have specials with the aforementioned LOCAL produce. This place has gone from zero to hero! Show your support and pop in. But definitely don't sleep on the food. Empenadas up front, sandwiches in the back. Arguably the best Cuban sandwich I've had in Cambridge. It's real food too; they're not just opening packages, assembling, and heating. Gustazo's has NOTHING on Wonderful Mart! There are even a couple tables outside to enjoy your lunch.
