I am also very, very ill right now with cancer, lupus, and repeated pneumonia since the pandemic started. When these two fantastic cleaners came into my apartment I told Cassandra the books I needed her to move so we could move the two bookcases holding the books I wanted moved into the bedroom. First, she emptied the two bookcases I was going to donate to the Salvation Army as I had run out of wall space. Then once those two bookcases were emptied she had them in the living room and before I knew it She very methodically picked up each part of one shelf of these books and put them close to where they would be put back on the bookshelf in the bedroom once it all got moved Now I have a lot of books. I write research material and this requires me to find sources. Research articles and books need a lot of reading and research. This prevents repeating one big problem on the internet--- too much misinformation. As a writer, I have also had to organize my books so I can easily find each one. If this organization gets messed up it can give me an extra 8 hours of work for each bookcase. And I just do not have that kind of energy. I was delighted and also proud of Cassandra when I realized that she had every single book in the exact location that I had originally put it. I gave her some time to catch her breath and rest a bit. The books are very heavy and I knew how I would feel if I had done the moving. By the time Cassandra helped me get the books moved I realized Andy already had the bathroom scrubbed along with doing a thorough kitchen cleaning. That was my introduction to what I would call one of the best maid services that also used nontoxic cleaners which I neally need since part of the reason I developed cancer was exposure to some very toxic chemicals including the chemicals that can end up in one's home if the next door apartment completely burns down. One thing I also want to share is that they brought their vacuum cleaner which helped get all the dust off the carpet. My vacuum simply is not powerful enough to do that. I have been very ill since March of 2020. I sure wish I had known these two fantastic cleaners back then. I noticed the first night after they also got my linen closet thoroughly cleaned out and my bathroom cleaned I could breathe much easier along with everything else that they cleaned, I can wholeheartedly say, that I would recommend them to anyone. And so does my primary care physician. Now there is so much hope of the cancer treatment doing its work. I know that I will continue to use them as I do need a dust-free environment and an environment that does not have a bunch of toxic chemicals. I also love gardening and both of them do too so this summer I will again be able to have some vegetables and flowers in my containers. I sure am looking forward to that. My life has become not just easier but it sure has become a lot more hopeful. One thing I need to emphasis is that Andy and Cassandra are two of the most wonderful and persons I have met. I have many friends but one usually does not think of the people who clean your apartment as two of your very good friends. I know I consider Cassandra and Andy two very wonderul friends. He pays his employees $10.00 an hour while charging $65/plus an hour to his customers. Dave instructs employees to work steady but slow for safety. This equates to much larger labor bills for the customer. He charged a customer $600.00 for use of a backhoe for 10 minutes! He instructs his employees to drive 35 mph to and from worksites regardless of speed limits. I just passed one of his trucks last week - I wonder who the poor customer was paying that $65/hr (labor) drive at 30 mph in a 60 mph zone! Don't be surprised if his workers show up at 8 am, disappear at 9 am and don't return to 4 pm! Guess who pays for that??? Avoid this guy and his family company. He is getting close retirement and gouging everyone!

I would just like to say that in our…read moreexperience all of the people who have worked with us, have been kind, considerate, happy, timely workers. I had a very messy toilet replaced, and the sweet guys who came to replace it didn't flinch, they cleaned up their mess, and what I considered mine too. We had some plumbing freeze and burst in a rental house, and these guys have made trip after trip out to fix things, without complaint, or over charging for time, materials or charging too much for fuel. They've even called to make sure if we wanted to bring in our own faucets, or purchase theirs. Some companies would automatically just put theirs in. The new toilet we had put in was a raised one for my disabled mother. We purchased it from them, and felt that the quality was far better then what we would have ended up with anywhere else. In our experience this is a very reliable company, and I would remind people that you get what you pay for. We have used other companies in the past and not always been satisfied, we have stuck with Johnson's because in the long run, their work stands up and their employees have great attitudes.

They arrived promptly, the technician was friendly, professional and courteous. He went above and beyond in helping us get our old unit out and the new unit installed. I've had others work on this unit before, and have never had such a quick turn-around and resolution. Plus, the other company would often send two people and I'd get billed double for the two service techs. I highly recommend them, and will be doing business with them going forward.
