When I got there, they had a two hour wait. I searched for a nearby tire shop and found Hazel Dell tire pros. I called and they had immediate availability. When I got there the man that I spoke with on the phone immediately checked out my tire in my trunk and told me I would need to replace it. He did a quote and it would've taken a day to get the tire which I didn't have because I had to head back home but the quote was very reasonable. He then double checked that I put the spare on correctly and tightened the bolts to make sure it was safe. He didn't charge me and was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm not sure why people are willing to wait two hours for poor service, when friendly service is right around the corner!

The may be a little more expensive than the cut rate shops, but they will work with you to match prices. The foundation of their business is customer service and they stand behind what they sell. They have often helped me with flats and minor things gratis. They'll get you in and out faster than any shop I've done business with. Next time you go to Costco for tires and find out it will take a week or more before you can get them instslled; give Tire Pros a look. You won't regret it.

Discount Tire - Save now, spend hundreds (if not thousands) and hours later…read more I bought four tires from Discount Tire about a year and a half ago, expecting them to last for years. Instead, I ended up wasting countless hours, hundreds of dollars, and eventually over $1,000 replacing them only 10,000 on these tires. About a year and half after purchasing the tires, my car started pulling hard to the right. Discount Tire told me it was probably an alignment issue, so they charged me about $200 for an alignment. Before I left, I specifically asked if the problem was fixed. An employee drove the car around the parking lot, came back, and confidently told me it was. The moment I pulled onto the main road, the car was still pulling just as badly. I returned again. They inspected the tires, said, tires are not worn but rotated these anyway, checked the alignment again, and still sent me home with exactly the same problem. At no point did anyone identify the real issue. They said tires are directional so were only able to rotate same side back to front. Thinking something might be wrong with the car itself, I even scheduled a dealership diagnostic. Thankfully, before wasting another half day and more money, my husband temporarily swapped the two front directional tires just as a test. The car immediately started pulling to the LEFT instead of the right. That proved the problem was the tires--not my alignment, not my suspension, not my car. Then few weeks later one tire completely failed and one day when leaving the house it was completely flat. I took it to Les Schwab instead. Within minutes, they found the tire had internally separated and could not be repaired. Here's the part that shocked me the most: Les Schwab immediately recognized that these were winter/snow tires and explained they are not intended to be driven year-round in our climate. That was the first time anyone had ever told me this. All 4 tires were separated and not usable. Discount Tire sold me these tires. They performed alignments on them. They inspected them multiple times while I complained about pulling. Not once did anyone mention they were winter tires being driven year-round or that this could be causing the problems. I ended up buying four new tires from Les Schwab. Their package includes free alignments, flat repairs, tire rotations, and a 60,000-mile warranty. The difference in customer service wasn't even close. My experience with Discount Tire felt like this: save $100 today... then spend hundreds more later on unnecessary alignments, waste hours chasing a problem they couldn't diagnose, and eventually replace a $1,000 set of tires far sooner than expected. That's not a bargain. That's expensive.

I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.

Instead of buying new rims I was recommended to get the rims buffed out and repainted. Thankfully I was told about this place in Vancouver. It doesn't take but an hour or so and they look brand new. Definitely a master at his craft. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back and use again if I needed this sort of service. Not cheap for my pocketbook, but it was cheaper than buying new rims for sure.

However, the overall experience was frustrating because of the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. The biggest problem was that they didn't paint the center caps, so the color didn't match the wheels at all. I asked multiple times if they could paint them, and every time I was told it wasn't possible because the caps are plastic and "can't go in the oven," so the color would never match. I even asked if they could provide a small sample of the color so I could get them painted somewhere else, and the response from the front desk was basically "we don't give samples, go try another place." That was disappointing and honestly unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop (Factory Wheel Outlet), and they told me it was actually very easy to match the color. They painted my center caps perfectly in just one day, and now everything matches exactly like it should have from the beginning. So while this shop fixed the bend and curb rash, they fell short on finishing the job properly and their customer service could definitely improve. Hi, I just want to clarify that I did ask about the center caps multiple times. The first time, I was told in person that since the caps are plastic and the wheels are metal, the color would never match. The second time, I called again, and then on Tuesday--after taking my car to a tire shop--they pointed out that the center caps hadn't been painted at all and still looked like factory. When I asked again at your shop, the front desk told me: "we don't give samples, go try in Bob's Paint Land." So I'm not being dishonest--I did ask more than once. I ended up taking the caps to Factory Wheel Outlet, and they were able to match the color perfectly and complete the job in one day. The result came out great and matches exactly. I was charged $300, and I have the invoice if you'd like me to provide it.
