Went this past weekend and I'll be going back as much as I can! They've loads of flavours, and everything is easily laid out for those new to the delicious Taiwanese drink. Although it was a bit of a wait for a drinks (there was only one worker), I waited in anticipation as I love sweets and bubble tea. The nice girl explained that their drink covers are made special and the heart plug comes out and you're able to stick it in the middle. Sipping from that spot will get you a taste of the fluffy cheese. On the opposite end is the opening for the straw and that'll allow you to get a taste of your drink/boba. It's brilliant really! I wasn't sure what to expect from a bubble tea shop in Windsor, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They don't skimp on the fluffy cheese and it tastes wonderful. It also pairs well with their drinks. The boba was also perfectly chewy and not overcooked or overly sweet. From the servicescape, to the packaging, to the product itself - they've really done a wonderful job and I wish we had a spot like this back home on Maui.
