Located about 10 km from the Malpensa airport with an easy free shuttle to/from (just call, 10 mins); and 60km from Linate airport. If you are looking for trouble, I don't think you will find it here. The hotel and restaurant is the only game in town, a few nice pubs, a few pizzerias, a bakery, a gelateria, a meat shop, a church, a few stores, and a small post office -- it has everything you could want from a small Italian town. The room: very good firm bed, soft pillows, well-crafted room with small balcony. Equipped with bedside cool/modern plug-ins for regular US electrical and USB plugs for easy-peasy charging. They really thought of everything to make the hotel experience great for a traveler. The entire staff is so personable with a joyous attitude. Absolutely lovely through and through.

The concierge hung up on me when asking where to meet. The hotel is not up to Novotel standards - banged up walls - a complete dump. Novotel should be ashamed putting their name on this hotel. Perhaps one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

AC is not adjustable and the room gets pretty hot at night. which sucks. wish I would have opened the window - you can open it. breakfast in am is ok - pastries and fruits and meat and cheese, hard boiled egg... it was just ok

I took the train to the airport then caught the free shuttle to the hotel. You do need a phone to call the shuttle! The rooms are basic, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The only problem is that it's not close to any other restaurants. I chose the buffet for dinner and much of it was inedible though I came early in the evening the mussels and chicken were just too overcooked. There were other items to choose from and water, wine and dessert were included.

Therefore we had dinner in the hotel dinning room. After three weeks in Italy I was ready for simply food. They had a adequate Buffett salad. It was very fresh and costed me almost nothing. My husband was very happy with the items that he ordered as well. The hotel was so much like a typical American hotel. It made me felt as if I were back in USA. Even the staff greeted us in English instead of Italian. Stay here certainly made our early departure easier. They even started continital breakfast at 5:30 am for us. That was very helpful. The 6am airport shuttle service was perfect for our 8:10 flight. We took train to the airport late afternoon to stay here for our last night in Italy. We were instructed to call for hotel pick up from airport upon our arrival. We tried two public phones, neither worked. Fortunately a nice young man used his phone to make the call for us and then directed us to the right place for pick up. Hotel van picked us up along with another couple. This couple also had problem making the call. There must be a better way to arrange for pick up.
