So sorry to leave all the wonderful residents we met in our short stay at this park.
No longer owned by Idahoans, it has changed into a cash cow for the Sharks that bu,y up parks and raise the lot lease to a point where people on Social Security and pensions have a choice to make, rent or eat. Raising the lease should be like every couple of years, it has been raised twice in the past year. Lawn mowing was included last year, dropped.
Water and sewer was included , now you're on your own Bud. That's because they can make money on that. You irrigate in summer, but the rates have progressively gone up this last winter. Not only that, the water and sewer is split amongst all residents Including that part that belongs to the park owner. In my investigation, they also do not have meters on their water as required by State law for all Utilities. They also bundle every charge, fee or tax from the City into the total amount and call it water and sewer, then stick it to residents. What is really sad is if they are forced to obey the law, they will simply raise the lot lease again. There needs to be control
Snow removal is their job so they hire the cheapest contractor who cuts a 6' path down the middle of the road and calls it good. To heck with the safety of 80 and 90 year olds.
The road is getting kind of ratty. Willing to bet they won't touch that until they are forced to.
We are out of there and we thank the Lord for that! read more
