The actual salon is lovely with alot of gold accessories including some amazing gold chairs which is what drew me into the salon in the first place when it opened. They seem to have thought about lots of little details which make a visit to the hairdressers special, I even got Oreo's and praline seashells with my cup of tea not the usual tasteless biscuit in a plastic wrapper that I've had in other salons. So overall good hair, lovely decor, fab service. I reckon it's one of Leicester's hidden gems so go and try it out before they get too busy.

Robin proves why he has been in the biz for so long, he is great at what he does. Showed him a photo of what style I was looking for and off he went, double checking during the cutting process as to length I wanted for fringe, over ears, crown etc. my hair grows upwards at the base of my head and mentioned it to him and he knew exactly how to cut it and style it so that it will grow back without ruining the look at the back of my head. Basically if you want to pay a good price without compromising look and quality of cut then look no further.

I will say with colour she can be pushy as can most hair stylists in my experience whereby they insist on doing something regardless of you saying not to e.g. I wanted half a head of colour she insisted on a full head...oh well. The blow out looked good right until date time in the evening which is a bonus! Drinks are on point esp the hot chocolate with cream. Reasonable prices for a haircut and one of the nicer salons in this small chain.

I phoned and complained around 10am I finally received a call around 3pm unfortunately I was at the theatre and unable to talks the call, the message from the manager said she would call again an Monday 7 days later I'm still waiting. The barber immediately starts sharing his own opinion of what I should do to my beard. I told him just keep it light from the sides instead he continues to say what he thinks would be best and trims majority of my beard. Very disappointing. He does not listen to what you want. He just did what he thinks would look best stating I would look like a paki if I kept my beard thicker from the sides. Ended up taking off so much of my beard. Truly disappointing.
