The cut finished with my hair about an inch long, though it was a fine shape/style. I thought that perhaps I was not clear about what I wanted, so I decided to go back another time. For the next cut, I was explicit that I just wanted a one inch trim, and was also explicit about how I wanted the style to be. Unfortunately, my hair ended up being significantly shorter than what I wanted and was also not they style we had discussed. It's a real disappointment that the quality of the cuts went down so quickly. I wish them the best, but I will not be back.

She cut my hair up to my chin, I asked it to be at my collar bone, she left it blunt, and screwed up the bangs!! She also took chunks out of my hair , didn't ask anything about where I wanted my length like I told her collar bone but she never checked with me if I liked the length or nothing just started chopping and straightening my hair, I walked out of that place in tears , I don't even want to show the photo of my hair before and after but I will,I did end up going to another salon to get my hair fixed but she couldn't even save it. Marge is so friendly...when I left I felt like I had known her for years...if I had more time I would have stayed to chat some more! Her prices are extremely reasonable for her work.
