Even that hasn't been picked up, which speaks volumes about how little attention is being paid to residents' concerns. Meanwhile, residents are forced to pick up mail at the post office, which takes at least an hour each time due to travel time and long lines. This ongoing inconvenience is entirely avoidable and should have been resolved weeks ago. This level of neglect and lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating. They receive a monthly managment fee for their service. In addtion they contract with providers who for example charge $1,000 for say a repair. Unfortunately, they do not "shop" for the best and perhaps less expensive providers and simply pass on the $1,000 to the HOA but pay the vendor only, say, $800 pocketing the $200 difference. This is a total conflict of interest. In addition they do not respond in a reasonable fashion to phone calls. Avoid them.

Aaroosh is sometimes hard to reach by phone, emails and texts work a lot better but if you are not used to that kind of communication it might be tough. They are not a huge company which is nice because I have a direct contact but sometimes if they are busy it might take 24-48 hours for a response. Tip: I found that if I text him I usually get a response.(Millennials am I right?) Overall I would use them to rent my townhome again.

I was being rejected from all of them because I didn't have a 730 credit score due to some student loans and medical bills. When I was about to give up and go back to Cali I got a call from Tom Stutsman wondering if I was still looking for an apartment? I told him "yes!I was", but I told him my credit is a work in progress and not high... The listing itself said "Pets allowed," which is the only reason I chose it -- I planned to celebrate with my family, friends, and my dogs. However, after booking, I later discovered hidden House Rules (only visible after clicking "Show more") that stated dogs were not allowed inside the home. Instead, they were only permitted outside on the property or in kennels located in the basement of the guest cabin. For me, and for most pet owners, that is not truly pet-friendly. When I reached out with questions, communication stopped for over two weeks. I only received a reply much later confirming: "The pet policy is that we don't allow dogs in the cabins, only the grounds and the dog kennels in the basement of the guest cabin." Airbnb admitted in writing that this property was not "truly pet-friendly," but the managers and Airbnb refused to issue a refund. Instead, they suggested I rebook the same property -- even after they themselves disclosed to me that the property was being sold and would not actually be available in the future.
