Not only was Lexi's helpful in the ordering process over the phone helping craft the bouquet verbally based on a few of my mom's favorite colors and flowers, but they went above and beyond afterwards. When I had to cancel delivery last minute due to exterior circumstances, Lexi's was understanding and patient. When I later shared I was in town and could pick up they were quick to say they'd be ready the following day. However when I had to again cancel and say, "can you actually deliver?"
