Check out April's Facebook page, it says it all. She tells her 60+ year old father that she hates him. Every day. And she publicly brags about it by posting personal messages between the 2 of them where she is incessantly harassing the poor man. When she was involved in my case she constantly made comments about weight and implied she resented women like me who lose their baby weight seeing that she is morbidly obese since giving birth to 4 children who she bragged about neglecting. That she thinks it's other women's fault that she is unhealthy and extremely overweight is just one of the numerous insane things about this very disturbed woman. She was tasked with making decisions to protect my daughter during my divorce. She couldn't, though. She has no concept of what is the best interest of a child. She refused to her child with a speech delay help and she bragged about it and said that if I sought help for my daughters speech delay that I would lose custody of her. April's young daughter is proudly displaying two middle fingers, yes, she's flipping off the camera and she looks to be about 4 years old. I guess she couldn't talk so they taught her how to tell people f*CK you? Lovely. And this person is supposed to be capable of representing the best interest of a child. April aided and abetted my ex husband in sexually assaulting me. She shared videos of me naked with several people during the divorce case. I showed her several text messages where I begged my ex husband not to film me or photograph me without clothes on. He is abusive. He did it anyway. The beginning of the recording, I'm yelling at him to stop, he continues to record. This is sexual abuse. April argued that I had no expectation of privacy in my own home and further, I had no expectation of privacy after clearly and repeatedly stating that I did not want to be filmed. She watched it and laughed at me. She now is aiding and abetting my ex husband in molesting my daughter. My daughter is 6. I suspect that people who encourage sexual abuse of minors are most likely perpetrators of similar acts themselves. Someone please take this woman's children away from her. She is not fit to be a parent. She went to one of the worst law schools in the country and it shows. She is not smart. Her logical reason skills are non existent. I taught college freshman who were smarter than her. This woman should not be practicing law. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I am reporting April Moore to the Bar and suing Greene County for damages caused by this extremely troubled woman's reckless behavior. If she is ever appointed to be a part of your case, immediately tell the judge you want her off the case. They will remove her. She has a reputation for being incompetent and lazy. She most likely abused substances as she brags about putting her work off until the last minute and then rushing to complete while extremely sleep deprived. She pulls all nighters often. She bragged to me about it. I honestly think she was trying to get me to bribe her into ruling in my favor by giving her my Adderall prescription. She kept hinting and hinting about how she was stretched so thin and how she needed something to help her stay all up night. When looking at her Facebook page you can see several photos of her where she is clearly intoxicated ans strung out on something. She has giant bags under her eyes that she faked with globs of thick putty like foundation yet still was not able to cover them. She's a mess. She is not well. read more
