Last month I finally left this establishment and should have done this much sooner. I am currently saving a significant amount of money by doing so at another facility. Savings of $140 a month, for the same size unit!!! Dina and Dave who live on this site are great. Dina is the regional manager and Kariss is the site manager. When I first moved in Kriss did her job, as she should. I rented the units but immediately she wanted me to leave a five star review. I did so but that was based on just the move in. During the time there I became increasingly frustrated with Khriss. Reasons why are numerous but the main thing was loss of money. My money!!! After giving written and verbal notice of departure, well in advance for that a specific unit I saw that she let the autopay charge for that empty unit go thru! Once again that was loss of my money!!! Khriss is a nice person but I feel that she definitely dropped the ball on something that was solely her responsibility! Dina did make sure that another overcharge was revoked. Like I said there are other numerous circumstances that cause me to give her this one star review. No brag just fact!

Just rented a unit here and met both Khriss and Gina. Both are friendly, helpful, and very nice…read more The place is very well kept up both the grounds and the units themselves. They have strong security with all of the usual stuff (cameras, gates, etc.) and also a live on property person. The access days/hours are good, prices are reasonable, and things look clean and very well maintained. This is a really easy choice to for storage and I'm glad that I picked them for my needs.

Gina the Manager is ruthless and I was prepaid on my unit months in advance! She decided to kick me out for throwing an empty coffe cup over the fence. she limited my entrance times to only 6 hours a day I couldn't move my precious items out in time and had just broken my femur. The owner back then didn't even care!

Joseph was able to give me an initial quote using pictures, and was very quick to respond to every question I had. I got pricing info from several other companies, and Hankins Hauling is very competitive. The day of our appointment, they showed up on time, and were amazingly efficient at clearing and removing the junk. It took them under 3 hours to haul away 3 loads. I would hire these guys for future jobs without hesitation.

I checked out his Facebook page and found that in addition to doing a variety of services in addition to hauling, they so nice things for the community. I messaged and had a response within a few minutes. They came the next day to give me an estimate, and offered to start the work the day after that. The harsh weather pushed up off, but the first clear day my mountain of construction debris was hauled off. Costal Junk Removal is very responsive, accommodating, professional and goes above and beyond to help. The price I paid was very fair, and I felt like everything was transparent.
