these are everywhere in manchester and in the arndale centre. they vary in size depending on where…read morethey are in manchester. they do have quite a dood selection of newspapers and magazines and the same with sweets and chocolates. the only problem is as they are quite a large chain they do tend to hike the prices up, so some of the sweets chocolates and drinks are a little more expensive than some others. the other issue is that they can be busy even if there arent a lot of customers they seem to be busy doing other stuff, so the staff can seem a bit off.

The staff are helpful and always ask the obligatory questions regarding account review? or try to sell you an isa or a new mortgage or something like that which can get annoying. However I don't think that is branch specific - I get that in EVERY natwest I visit! They have excellent disabled access so its great for me with my pushchair, and parking is OK, not immediately outside but there's a free carpark behind the building so its only a short walk. All in all, its a very useful friendly place - I would say that it is annoying that its open at 9 every day, but 9.30 on a wednesday. Why Wednesday has to be different i don't know and as a customer its confusing but then again its in a village so perhaps its just an old fashioned branch!

There were Pleanty of staff working the counter and walking about ready to help. Lots of leaflets and banking notes all around explaining there products. Overall a very good branch and very welcoming branch I felt that they treated me as an idividual customer even though it is not my regular branch.
