Our gates both sag so terribly they won't open or close. The bolts backed out on their own and my neighbor has to park her car against the gate so that it won't fall over. The panels overlap and touch the ground which has caused them to rot from the bottom up. There was also originally no support for the gate and it broke under its own weight. I'm so mad at myself for spending $1250 out of my own pocket but at least I'm able bodied enough to fix it myself. My disabled neighbor isn't so lucky. Overall the craftsmanship is terrible and obvious shortcuts were taken resulting in piss poor compromises. All these issues arose within a month of owning our fences and after a year I'm still pissed as I'm constantly having to fix this monstrosity. What should've been a relatively simple and easy job has become a neighborhood nightmare. I contacted them regarding their quality issued but received no response. Avoid this company at all costs!

Bid came in 20% lower than any other comparable bids. Installers were professional, courteous, and went right to work. Fence looks great, I'm already planning to use them on future projects.

In 2015, we contacted Home Depot to arrange for a fence installation (wood and chain link). Atlas…read more/ Bi-City fence was the installer selected by Home Depot. The installation appeared to go smoothly. After 2 years, we noticed one whole section of the wood fence was leaning. We contacted Atlas / Bi-City fence directly (as we were out of the warranty period). They came out and fixed the fence for a fee. At that time, the owner quoted us a price to stain the fence. Seemed like a good company and a good price so, we agreed. We selected a Behr solid stain. They came out to stain the fence and, since I was working, I paid them near the end of the job (prior to inspection) as I wanted to be fair to this small business. BIG MISTAKE. Our fence was not fully stained, there are places where we see what appears to be bare wood. There are places where the stain is disturbingly uneven. I'm not being picky, just looking for a reasonable and quality job. Upon contacting the owner, he told us it looked good from the street and that the color for the solid stain isn't meant to be "even". He did however commit to come out and apply stain to the uneven areas. Buyer beware. I've waited approximately a month for this company to come out and fix the issue. I'm sure they won't be coming back. Very disappointed as I had faith that this was going to be taken care of and even stood up for the company with my husband as I knew they were going to do the right thing. :( We used them for fence installation (wood and chain link), fence repair (wood) and fence staining (wood). In total, over $11,000 in work performed by them between 2015 and 2017.
