When I…read morewalked in I was treated like a ghost, employees seemed like they were making an effort to ignore me standing at the counter. Finally an employee asked what I needed. I inquired about a 500 gallon septic tank. They said they didn't have it but could get one and then printed out a price on a piece of paper and handed it to me. Saying that was the cash price, and acting like I would be privileged to get it. Thinking that I had seen the tank they were offering in stock just down the street I left and went to talk to that company. That other place not only had 3 in stock, but they were friendly, allowed me to pay with a card and even after tax the price was over $400 less expensive than BR Supply. I bought one from them and minutes later it was loaded in the back of my truck. Later the following week I went into BR Supply again looking for a plumbing grommet. The employee at the counter looked right past me and asked the person that walked in behind me if, they could help him. The man behind me said no sensing how I had for no reason been snubbed and asked them to get me first. I asked about the part, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and I left again and certainly will never be back. I don't think I've ever been more dismissed or got such a bad vibe from a business, it was uncalled for and down right puzzling. I'm really glad I didn't spend a cent with BR Supply and I know I never will. Trust me, they don't deserve your money either.

To be 100% transparent I was THAT customer. I wasn't happy with a job but instead of going through the proper channels I just got sour. My family had been with Parham as customers for almost 8 years and honestly the service was always top notch. I let one bad experience cause me to cancel my maintenance program. What I DIDN'T do is "go up the ladder". The biggest advantage of using a local business is being able to speak to management, supervisors, all the way up to the owner. Chris Parham found out I wasn't happy- and contacted me personally. He made arrangements for his team to come out, talk to me and do whatever they needed to do to resolve my issue and ensure I was happy with their service. Did I mention he sent a TEAM? Lol! Before the job was complete I had 5 very professional service members making sure that everything wasn't just right and working but perfect. I'll be signing back to my home maintenance program. I'm on a budget but it's not only affordable but saves you on repairs when they're necessary. I'm glad Chris got in touch with me for an opportunity to not only correct my previous issue but put faith back in Parham's ability to make sure EVERY job is a job well done!!

When I called on Monday, 8 Dec 2025, service was refused since they had already scheduled their techs for the day. So I would have to wait until Tuesday to get heat working. No concern for the care of the customer and the errors of their tech failure. So the HVAC reset failed 26 JAN 2026 and I called Tim Ferguson HVAC and requested service. Tim Ferguson HVAC rep/tech Joey came out and repaired the HVAC unit installed 08/2024 by Parham. Joey is a great rep/tech, former Parham tech/rep, replaced the failed part that gave the error code in Dec 2025 and the unit works great. After 3 years with Parham, Joey chose to go back to work for Tim Ferguson because of high work ethics, quality work and integrity. Tim Ferguson thinks so highly of Joey, they went to the Parham yard in a Ferguson van and picked him and his tools up the day he quit!! Go Joey! After the Jan 2026 Tim Ferguson Service Call with Joey that repaired my HVAC, I called and attempted to discuss with Chris at Parham, who was already wound up based on what AJ/Parham had told him from their prior communication failures, the failure of the new unit they had sold us in August 2024. Chris at Parham, was a little surprised that there was a part that had to be replaced as he and his svc tech tried to blame the issues on dog fur. Nope. Not dog fur. Parham tech missed his own error code diagnosis. It is in writing. Failure. And still arguing with former customer. Bad customer service. Blame the customer. Blame the dog. Parham would rather escalate than de-escalate their communications. Bottom line: Parham cost me additional time, money and days of living in frigid temps with no HVAC heat, for failure to repair the HVAC with the original service call 5 December 2025. Thank you Tim Ferguson for your professionalism and accurate repairs.
