I am extremely disappointed with the service I received while trying to file my taxes. I trusted…read moreMarc Papa to handle my return accurately and professionally, but unfortunately, there were several serious issues. My tax filing was submitted with an incorrect bank account number for payment withdrawal, which caused the amount owed not to be withdrawn as scheduled. When I brought this to his attention, he acknowledged that it was a mistake and stated that "humans make mistakes." While I understand that errors can happen, I expected accountability and prompt resolution, especially given the importance of tax filings. Marc also told me he would send a gift card as a gesture for the inconvenience, but I never received it. As a result of this mistake, I had to personally spend additional time and effort contacting the IRS and making the payment myself, despite already paying for professional tax preparation services. To make matters worse, when I later reached out with concerns and asked for confirmation that everything had been properly submitted on my behalf, I did not receive a return call. Overall, this experience was stressful, frustrating, and far below the level of service I expected. I would not return, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others.
