From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt cold and unwelcoming. The older woman working the counter was especially rude -- short answers, dismissive attitude, and acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking basic questions about inventory and pricing. Instead of helping, she made the entire interaction uncomfortable and rushed. Buying powersports equipment is supposed to be exciting, but the atmosphere here completely killed that. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything because I didn't feel valued as a customer. There are plenty of places that actually appreciate your business -- unfortunately, this didn't feel like one of them.

Love this place! In many ways this store is the heart and soul of Jackman. Sitting in the center…read moreof town, it serves as a gas station, restaurant, hunting/fishing/outdoor supply store and much more. It is one of those classic Maine places where you can buy a breakfast sandwich and bait at 6:00AM in the morning before heading out to the lake. Also, a great place to stock up before you cross the international border into Canada.
