First and last time visiting Moose's . Kid that trimmed by beard was sub par at best, but got the job done. He told me $25 cash. No issue, pulled the money from their cash machine. Handed the kid my $40 bucks, at that point he pocketed it. I would have normally tipped $5-$10. I asked for some change. I was told "I have none", forcing me to give a $15 dollar tip on a $25 dollar service. Absolutely no way to run a "Cash" business. Stay away!!! read more

This was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. The barber completely messed up the cut -- one side was scooped unevenly, and hairs were sticking out everywhere. It looked rushed and careless. 2 starts only because the people were super nice but I would give zero based on not providing the haircut I asked for. We have a barber we go to religiously but he closes early and we weren't making it on time due to an earlier medical appointment. So we came here because I have heard nothing but great things about this place. I will add we got there around 6:15, was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait and I thought ok no worries. Well, we didn't leave until way past 9:20!!! I was slightly desperate as school was starting the next day but life happens and didn't get my kiddo to his barber on time. We had asked for the haircut on the right, buuuuuut what we got is the haircut on the left, with the cut down side part and very high on the back for my kiddo who has super straight hair!!!! Neither hair cuts look anywhere near close to each other at all! And then on the back the hairline was way too high making it look pretty awful specially now as his hair is growing in, the barber went almost a good inch above his natural hairline, and also cut him at his neck. Extremely disappointed and totally never coming back, most boys were walking out with the same haircut which cool... it's in, however, my kid doesn't like it and we are super super upset yet eager for his hair to grow back to get the haircut he actually wants, instead of this, poor kid will have to go through the awkward growing phase as she went down with a 2 to do the side part. Ugh! Lesson learned! Stick to your barber if you love him, and even if not available... WAIT! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I've been here plenty of times and have usually gotten great service. Today I went in as a walk-in because it was a last minute fresh up. The chubby did in the laying down in the first chair asked if I had an appointment, I let him know I didn't do he told me to have a seat. No big deal. He said he was waiting for an appointment. 20 minutes in and 2 more walk ins came through. Again he asked if they had appointments and they said no so they took a seat. After 5 minutes he proceeded to call the white middle aged man to his chair that came in more than 20 minutes after me. I, myself, am a Latina, that yes gets her hair cut at a barbershop with no issues until today. I will NEVER RETURN. To a place that just completely disrespected me. I know 1 person won't matter to them and their business. But it matters to me where I spend my hard earned money. I'll keep my $20 tip for the next shop I find. read more

Definitely don't recommend because these barbers clearly don't like working on kids heads. Never been to this place and decided to give them a try. I called at about 10:30 AM and spoke to a Hispanic lady with a thick accent who booked me for 4:45. I show up and two guys are all thats inside cleaning their tools and tell me they're closed and don't know why the appointment would be booked. I pointed to my name and the "4:45" time on their appointment book on the counter under the name "ayman(?)" and they just told me they can't do it because they're closed. Not a relaxing hair cut. The guy cutting my hair was rushing as if he had 100 people waiting in line when there was no one else waiting. Hitting the side of my head pretty hard with his clippers as he fades my hair, cut the top of my ear with his clippers because he was moving too fast, his scissors were dull and pulled my hair out more than cut it, did a razor fade with no shaving cream and my skin has been burning with lasting red marks where he used the razor for 8 hours now. You can tell this barber doesn't really care about the customer. He just wants to get it done as fast as possible and get the 30 dollars. No one needs a super lavish haircut but at least do the simple things right. read more
