I had to have a dead tree removed and trim up some low hanging limbs. As they were doing their work, they discovered my other tree was rotten within the trunk of the tree. Just looking at the tree, it looked very healthy. They gave me an estimate on the spot and put me back on the schedule. The work crews were very good, clean up was excellent. Exceptional service!! From the initial contact with Clint for the estimate, to the cutting and clean up. A fantastic crew that came out. We had a dead tree near the side of our house and Clint sent someone out ahead of schedule to take it down before some bad weather that was expected. A few weeks later, they came out to cut down another very large and tall pine tree in the backyard. It was near the house and very difficult. This team was amazing! It looked like nobody had ever been there when they were finished. Francesco completed the crew and made sure we were satisfied with the service they had given. What a pleasant experience. They are quick to respond. That is their best quality. However they tried to go back on their form of payment. which we agreed to zelle which has limits of 1000 to 1500 dollars a day. he was payed within 5 days of work. But still hounded me every day saying "I was dragging it out" And also tried to charge me for stumps he agreed to grind, however said they were scared to bust a line and didn't grind the stumps. He still expected payment for them. I told him no and he threatened to call my Commanding Officer. He was very rude and pushy at the end. read more
