I contacted this company for an unexpected, out of state move and had a great experience from start to finish. The moving crew was professional, polite and careful. My furniture thoroughally protected and arrived without a single scratch -- including an expensive digital piano and a heavy mirror, both of which made it in perfect condition. My packing job wasn't top tier -- but the crew never made me feel bad or rushed. They were patient, reassuring and just kept reminding me that they were there to help. No attitudes, no stress. We moved in state and not far from our old home. Dmitri called and gave clear numbers about the cost of the move, which I appreciated. The team came a little later than planned on moving day, but it was ok! There were 2 gentlemen who moved things out of my home, but there were 3 who moved things into my new home so that was very nice! We did our best to have things together so the movers wouldn't have to do much except for carry things- Dmitri let me know they'd disassemble my furniture but my husband already had things taken down when they got there. The entire team was kind and helpful, being willing to move things that we hadn't mentioned and situating things just right in my new home. I chose this moving company because my coworker recommended me to them & I didn't want to hassle my friends. I moved over a month ago and I had two movers helping me move which I really appreciated. At the end, I asked Kai, one of the movers if there were any boxes leftover and if I should come down to the truck and see. He assured me there were NO boxes leftover and I trusted his word. However, after searching & organizing my apartment, I've come to realize I am missing the stand for my mannequin and a box full of unused skincare, brand new $200 shoes I've never worn, and $300 sunglasses. I texted Dimitriy and never got a response about my missing box. Taking into account the moving fee and the costs of items in the missing box, I lost over a grand. Moved from PA to NJ with the help of these guys! The service was absolutely exceptional!! And affordable as well! The owner Dmitriy responded quickly when I reached out on yelp and gave clear numbers. Communication was very efficient and easy. He provided all the insurance paperwork needed by my apt building and he also called the night before to make sure everything's good. On moving day, they reached out when they are about to be on their way to give me a heads up and they actually arrived 10min early! The movers, Tyler and Mike, are absolutely amazing! They really went above and beyond my expectations. Less than 20min into the moving, more than half of the boxes I packed are on their way to the truck. And they kept checking if anything else needs to go too. There was a tool missing when trying to take the bed apart and Dmitriy was on his way with the tool immediately. Of course the clock was stopped while waiting for the tool. And Dmitriy checked all details to make sure everything was good before we headed our way to NJ. Tyler and Mike carried all the boxes and furnitures up multiple flights of stairs and made sure they are settled at where I want them, so that I don't need to try to move anything myself. They were so good and fast when it comes to putting the furniture back together! I have a sectional couch and I didn't need to explain a thing. Absolutely great job! That's all I have to say after experiencing different moving companies. I found Tiger on Yelp and interviewed him by phone, and then he offered to come by the property to assess the move prior to my agreeing to hire him. The move was from a 3 bedroom, 4 story Center City Philly home to a similar size 2 story Bucks County home, with a stop at a storage facility for partial unloading along the way. This move was with a 4 man moving crew, including Tiger, for $210/hour plus $75 fee. All charges were disclosed ahead of time, and there were no surprise fees. Tiger was an excellent communicator, responding promptly to inquiries. He and his crew were careful with belongings. A couple minor furniture damages occurred, but these were to some pieces that were old and already starting to fall apart prior to the move. They were easily repaired. When the 20 foot truck was too full for the last few items, Tiger came back with a 2nd truck (no additional charge to me for that). My requests were followed well, and a fairly complex two stop move went better than I expected it might. Loading of the storage facility at the first stop involved efficient packing to make it all fit and they made it all fit. This move was a few weeks ago on 10/21/24 and if I recall correctly the crew was Mike, K, Ken and Tiger. All were professional and polite. I would hire them again if a move was needed. read more

I was extremely happy with their service! Moving is stressful, and nobody likes the process, but with their help, the day was a success! Of all the things I spent money on buying a new house, this by far was the best money spent. The team arrived on time, and worked efficiently. We had boxed a vast majority of our stuff, but there were still odds and ends that we forgot to do, or weren't box appropriate. The "packing" services were appreciated. Also, the team did a great job of carefully wrapping and moving our antiques. The team took note of the items that needed extra care, and moved them on a second run (we only moved 2-miles from the old house to new, so it gave us the opportunity to make a few trips). They also did a great job of disassembling the furniture (desks, armoires) to get them around corners and down the stairs and out of the house. They reassembled once in the new home. We also had gym equipment that needed moving. At the time, I didn't have the instruction manual for one piece, so they rescheduled to come by another day after I found the instructions (which was great, and I appreciated that Dimitri , the business owner, was concerned about finishing the job and wanted to make sure everything that needed to be moved, was done so right). Also, during the move, I had plenty of time to talk to the movers. They were all extremely courteous and easy to work with. They communicated well, frequently asking questions on how I wanted things moved, where they should go, how things should be positioned , etc. And in talking to the guys, it was clear that they were happy working for "Let Tiger...", because of how they are treated and the positive work environment. Suffice to say, there are other movers out there that are not as reputable, and attract employees that reflect that. Not the case with Tiger; he hires top talent. I sent quote requests out to well over 10 different moving companies and Tiger beat them all out. He was spot on with communication, understanding to my needs, and extremely fair in price. I explained my situation and he took time to face-time and evaluate a price based on the work overview as opposed to a lot of these companies that are saying 175 and hour with 3-4 hour minimum and just our to hit set number for profit benefit. Tiger looks out for his end number, as any business would, but he includes your needs in a very transparent fashion. There is no minimum, there is no "transportation fees" it's strictly set number, up front. His crew is extremely hard working, and extremely respectful, both to you as an individual, and to the items they are moving. Moving is a dreadful process, but he goes out of his way to make it more than manageable. I cannot recommend his services enough.
