The had a can of Febreze and a vacuum cleaner with a full bag of dirt. They didn't know how to empty the vacuum, so we had to do it for them and change the bag. When offered cleaning supplies, they refused to clean the walls or baseboards, complaining that "It's too much work and I don't feel like cleaning it". This was definitely a moving day scam. If you decide to go with this company, take note: Kick them out if they don't come prepared, supervise the cleaning, and tell them exactly what needs to get done before they start.

I had to go back to clean the light fixtures in and around the bathroom that were full of dust and cobwebs, the bathroom tiles were only cleaned near the bottom half of the shower, the window screen in the said bathroom was still covered in plaster dust... The list goes on. When I reported this to the contact person, they said that I should have said something. No apologies or offer to correct the poor work.
