Still going strong on that bad customer service. Hanging up on our nurse who's trying to help her…read moredo her own job there??? NICE. She talked over our nurse repeating the same thing over and over "The patient is here and needs it.", then gets upset when our nurse tries to be short and quick to get the INFO NEEDED to HELP the patient who needs a product? Terrible. She was as equally UNPROFESSIONL as she accused our nurse of being. Get it together and put your feelings aside. It's about trying to help the patient and not talk soooo s l o w and being r e p e t i t i v e with no helpful information to get things done efficiently.
