Jeff and Jet at Crown Tree received the cumulative highest score. Others scored high too but were much higher priced. Others made it clear we were just a job. The range of price was significant and that astounded us. We highly recommend getting multiple quotes and look for the things mentioned above. Our Bradford Pears are 40 years old and trimming and shaping makes them beautiful trees but they require repetitive grooming every 2-3 years. These guys will get first dibs next time and the right price will get them the job (again). They know that! We may not have to get other quotes. They listened, they performed, they did an excellent job and excelled in clean up too. They're really nice guys and it was an enjoyable experience. Give them a call, give them a shot. When my husband got home that day he went around back and seen our fence got damaged. Right away Bobby the owner told my husband that he is going to fix the fence. With a business you would think. When my fence got damaged someone would have knocked on the door but no one did. They waited for us to realize it on our own. On April 21st I talked to Bobby on the phone and he told me that my fence will get fixed and that he is taking it out of Josh the tree climber check. I messaged Bobby on April 30th asking for an update on fence. Read message but no response. I given him more than 24 hours before I messaged again asking if he got my message from yesterday and that i need a time frame on when fence is getting fixed. Again no response. I tried calling and no answer. I told my husband let me try calling from his phone. Tell me why Bobby answered to my husband phone right away. Right there tells me that he was ignoring me. He hung up on me because of having truck problems and noticed it was me and didn't like how i was talking to him. What do you expect when someone realized that you are ignoring them. On may 1st then he gives me his tree climber info saying he is responsible one. I asked why he didn't give me this info 2 weeks ago. He told me that Josh told him that it is fixed but didn't bother to verify with me. Just assumed that my fence was fixed. I messaged him on may 5th and he was still talking about his truck being broke down but fence will be fixed this week. On may 8th he caught my husband coming home and told him that the fence will get fixed by tomorrow. When I got home fence was still not fixed. I also told him to contact me before going on my property and didn't do that either. Just went on my property today without letting me know. Not only that your business is closed on Sundays so why was you on my property without letting me know. When I got home on may 10th I went to check on my fence since I seen him on camera on my property without letting me know. He only replaced corner piece on fence but my chainlink got bent and he is not replacing it. For almost a month and got nothing but the run around. I had to keep on messaging him for updates. His communication sucks and didn't even bother to let me know he was done until I messaged him.
