Owner Matt Daniels claims a lack of communication, I call it negligence. I wasn't even notified that the mortgage approval wouldn't be complete before the maturity date with previous lender. Had I not contacted the lender at the time I would have been locked into a 1 year fixed mortgage at 9.5%. This company has caused me nothing but stress in addition to financial loss.
