I could not fit all the negative things about Access Wellness in one short review, just do not go there. They see you for 5 to ten minutes and bill for 25 minutes. I spent a long time thoroughly looking over the website. I eventually chose to sign up for the…read morepatient portal and scheduled myself for an "intake appointment" by phone. I received numerous confirmations by text, but no one ever called me. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I called the office and left a voicemail. Within 10 minutes a male called me back and stated they are unable to access anything on the website and never knew anything of this appointment. Only Louisville office can access this, even though I scheduled for Lexington. He states he will have to take all of my information again, which I give without complaint. Once that's completed, he proceeds to tell me that the Lexington office only offers therapy. Louisville does the evaluations/testing, and you would have to drive there for 3 separate appointments. Talk about a complete waste of time all around. Pretty ironic considering this statement taken directly from their website: "We strive to be timely, accessible and efficient, and to provide services in a sensitive and caring way."
