This woman is an extremely unpleasant, rude, hateful person. However, her staff were very kind and seemed slightly afraid of her when I went in to inquire over one of her properties. Most of her properties that I have either driven by or walked through are trashy and falling apart. The rent is cheap and it caters to college students or very low income residents. The term 'organized slum lord' comes to mind. In my personal opinion you should just save yourself a lot of trouble and don't conduct business with this woman and her company. read more

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS REALTOR. I was told there would be an open house today I called the office to see if they could wait just 10mintes after 1 so I could stop by and view the home. Me and my fiancé were very interested in the home but the woman I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and short with me. When I asked if they might have anything else available in my price range she instantly said no. Did not bother to look for me just said no. I then emailed Marla who was the realtor that told me about the open house asking if she could help me in any way possible to view the home I was interested or any other home today, she replied telling me the open house closed at 1. everytime I would email back asking questions she would just reply with a count down of how many minutes I had till the open house closed. This company is by far the most disrespectful I have encountered. Do not waste your time with these people they clearly do have your concerns at heart just their paycheck. If I had the option they wouldn't have my 1 star it's only there cause I had to click it. read more
