Después de tantos problemas, mi esposo pudo programar una reunión virtual con el abogado a cargo de nuestro caso un lunes a las 10:30 a.m. Mi esposo faltó al trabajo ese día para asegurarse de estar disponible para asistir a la reunión. Le dijeron que el abogado estaba en otra reunión que estaba tardando más de la cuenta y que no podía asistir a la reunión programada (muy poco profesional, ya que se había confirmado una semana antes) y que se comunicaría con él tan pronto como terminara la reunión. Mi esposo esperó junto al teléfono todo el día, haciendo llamadas de seguimiento aproximadamente cada 2 horas y siempre obtenía la misma respuesta: la otra reunión aún no había terminado. Finalmente, alrededor de las 4:30 pm el abogado atendió la llamada telefónica, estaba mal informado en varios detalles del caso o al menos información que contradecía lo que nos habían informado hasta el momento. Nos solicitó que le diésemos tres días más para trabajar en nuestro caso verificando algunas cosas que previamente no habían verificado (sí, así es, no verificaron todo para lo que fueron contratados) y dijo que confiaba en que podría obtener una resolución algo buena para nosotros. Después de una semana sin saber nada de ellos volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que ya no manejaban nuestro caso. No nos dieron otras explicaciones, a pesar de que hemos intentado contactar nuevamente con ellos, cada vez que llamamos recibimos excusas contradictorias, como que la persona que atiende nuestro caso ya no trabaja en la empresa, o está de vacaciones, o que alguna otra persona (no presente en ese momento, por supuesto) está manejando nuestro caso o que ya no nos representan. Espero que alguien investigue su práctica y el manejo de su negocio. El engaño a los clientes, las tergiversaciones y las malas prácticas de la ley deben investigarse adecuadamente y responsabilizarse legalmente. Incluso si nada de eso ocurre, al menos alguien que busque asesoramiento verá esta reseña y se mantendrá alejado de ellos.

They will steal from a client if they can get away with it and just do business in bad-faith. My property insurance claim paid them separately $7500 about a year ago, but I have still not received a dime for the damages to my home. It's been 5 months since I heard from any lawyer at this firm. The only reason she called me last time was to get me to close the case on the report I sent to the Florida Bar about her. I should not have to call to get updates that is your job, and this is a headache. I will be filing another report to the bar, send your phone records again, the first time showed no context as to what was in those calls and context matters. This time, you went 5 months without doing anything long after you were paid $7500 and mold is spreading through my home while you sit on your hands doing nothing. Due to your incompetence, the little money I do receive (if I even get my check) will fix nothing because your delay allowed the damage to my house get worse which will now cost more to fix. Do not hire this law firm.
