A culture showed she had two issues requiring two different antibiotics but she was only given one. The infection got worse and became gangrene. It took a bit to settle or it settled and it took some time to receive settlement. I feel either way I lost. Let me explain why: my 04 Corolla was in great condition before the accident. If it never was in an accident it would still be running and past a mil on the miles. I received what they thought is fair; right now my ride sells for 5000$ my only issue is we pay a ton of money for insurance and we get pennies on the dollar because of the dummies that don't know how to drive and insurance goes every time; but the return on your car doesn't. UPDATE: their response on here had nothing in it to be resolved to the benefit of their former client. Their response simply said "we will take this into consideration" so they are obviously standing by their attorney Adam in the matter who I had one conversation with over the phone. Beware to those that are considering using Morgan And Morgan if you have any questions or concerns or need something further explained they will ensure that you are dropped as a client. Extremely unethical and unprofessional. It's also telling that they have not made any attempts to resolve this or appease the situation any further except to drop me completely as a client after having me go see their doctors. Absolutely terrible experience using this agency for representation I was involved in a hit-and-run sustained medical injuries to my chronic conditions related to my military service in my lower back. The attorney I was assigned an Adam Brun I only spoke to you to my request to speak directly with him to find out how my case was going they like to use their attorneys assistance to lead on in the beginning which can be helpful but I wanted additional questions asked and answered. After multiple requests I was finally given a phone meeting with the attorney and from the start was belittled talk down to interrupted and after getting my questions asked the attorney had no idea about my case or what direction it was headed. This was not early on in the process either, I have never done something like this so having my questions answered does require patience and understanding of which I was given none of this after being explicit about my concerns and my lack of knowledge. This attorney is not a good representation of this organization because I've heard many good things about Morgan and Morgan but this attorney is quite frankly the bottom of the barrel and it would be who've Morgan and Morgan to she look into the kind of attorneys they're hiring for their Saint Petersburg practice. Eventually after I expressed my discontent for my attorneys lack of knowledge and frankly showing a little interest in my case I requested to speak with someone above him to voice these concerns after this request was submitted on the complaint line I was called by the attorney's assistant immediately the next day saying that they have decided to drop my case and no further action or explanation was required as to why. Now I'm stuck with medical bills from doctors that they referred me to and an open claim on my insurance that has wrist the raising of my premium and started a track record on an impeccable driving record that I've worked hard to maintain. I wish I could give negative stars. Made the mistake of retaining Morgan & Morgan after my husband was involved in a serious accident where he was hit by another driver. My husband sustained a serious head injury that resulted in a brain bleed and concussion. Adam Brum rarely communicated with us, and when he did, he had no idea of the details of the case. His assistant Desiree was who communicated with my husband the whole time, and she treated him horribly. Mind you, my husband was recovering from a serious head injury, and had trouble even speaking at the time, yet this woman treated him like a nuisance and spoke to him rudely on many occasions.
