We were greeted right away as we pulled in to park, the gentleman explained a few things to us and then we went on our way through all the greenhouses to find exactly what we wanted with a flat cart in tow that they have for customers to use. All the people working there were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have their own potting mix and I'm sure much more (but that is what we bought) and they loaded it in our truck for us. Plus, their prices are great. 2 CF of their potting mix is about $3 cheaper than brands you find at most big box stores. A fantastic find and I will be a long time customer from now on.

If you go into their greenhouse a employee gives you a slip of paper with the price of your plant. That's why she need to know what it was so she could put the price and slip. Then you walk over to their building to pay. Seems like they should have someone to check you out at the greenhouse also. And better educated employees.
