Shocking company..... Advertised my flat with Morgan Randall 1.5yrs ago, fortunately it was rented through another agent...however, about a month ago Morgan Randall put my property on their website again (with no permission), advertising it at an increased price! So pretending to be a customer I called them, and they said it wasnt available because THEY had just rented it successfully in Feb, 2011 for 12months! I asked to speak to the manager, he said that his colleague had made an honest mistake as they thought I was talking about a different property (funny, because I gave them the specific reference number off their website) and also, my property had gone on their website by mistake because I had tried to rent with them previously (strange then that they were advertising it at an increased price....!). Told them in no uncertain terms that I didnt want to ever be associated with Morgan Randall again, and they should remove me from their contact database. Since that date they continue to send me texts and email me advertising their excellent customer service - every time I respond with "STOP" or UNSUBSCRIBE" - but they continue to ignore me...so I am going to post this message on as many forums as possible so people are aware how shocking they are! read more

When it comes to moving houses/flats, I always approach estate agencies with a bit of scepticism and anguish. The main frustrating point with this line of business is that estate agents care more about landlords than tenants (despite their best effort to hide it). That is at least the impression I usually get. This time, however, Morgan Randall and more specifically their estate agent Yurga Varnas proved me wrong. She was an absolute star! She was resourceful and insightful. She promptly replied to all our queries and was very flexible with regards to viewing times. She also was upfront with us with regards to all cost. So no hidden costs or charges unlike other agencies that just try to entice you with false promises. Paperwork has also gone smooth. In a nutshell, she made our lives really essay. I would say that I still find the cost that estate agencies in Canary Wharf charge is a bit high. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service we received and I commend Yurga for her professionalism. We definitely recommend Morgan Randall to our friends and colleagues. read more

These guys are the most corrupt letting agent in the world! They are committing fraud and stealing money from tenants. I rented a property from them near canary wharf but I decided to vacate the property. I had the place professionally cleaned but they are saying it wasn't and are trying to charge me 400 pounds to have it cleaned!!! They also tried to charge me a 180 check out fee which wasn;t stated in the contract!!! They play dirty tricks!! Be very weary of these corrupt schemers and stay clear of Morgan Randall. When I moved in the place was dirty and half the place wasn;t functional! They are extorting innocent people using unethical practices! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN and the AUTHORITIES SHOULD BE CALLED IN WITH MANAGEMENT SENT TO JAIL!!!! YES, IT IS THAT CORRUPT! Complete liars and will take all your money by manipulating housing act to their advantage. THe government needs to do something about these shady letting agencies and bring accountability and transparency across the housing agency industry. I was helped by Thande Burmeister and as a result of the service I received would recommend Morgan Randall and specifically talking to Thande to anyone. I was under pressure to find an apartment on extremely short notice and Thande helped me go from initial viewing to keys in my hand within 24 hours. We are not talking about a short let serviced apartment here, this was a full 12 month residential lease and turning one of those around in 24 hours including references, background checks, the works is nothing short of outstanding..! Thande managed all of this whilst telling me what I actually needed to hear as a new tenant instead of what I wanted to hear or whatever would secure the 'sale' fastest. Very impressed with the service and with Thande's excellent advice and constant communication. Also very impressed with the rest of the Morgan Randall team supporting Thande in getting all the necessary checks completed so quickly. I am looking to make a move to Canary Wharf in the near future. I looked at numerous properties from numerous estate agents in the area. Aurelijus at Morgan Randall was, without question, the best estate agent I had show me around. I can't speak highly enough of him and the professionalism of Morgan Randall (one of the other estate agents we saw arrived forty five minutes late for a viewing. Not good). Aurelijus helped me to decide on the apartment block I want to move to, by showing me numerous different buildings, and was incredibly helpful throughout. Great estate agents to use if you are looking at areas they deal with. Even if you don't see suitable properties on their site or Rightmove, for example, it's worth giving them a call as I found out that often properties come and go extremely quickly because they have a waiting list of people interested in certain types of lettings. My advice is give them a call. read more

We viewed properties with a lot of agents, in and around Canary Wharf. However, because of where we wanted to be, we found Morgan Randall had a great portfolio of properties of a high standard. We viewed many with them, until we found 'the one', and it was never too much trouble. They were professional and efficient and very accommodating in trying to cater for our needs. I would like to say a special thank you to Ryan Chuck, who was very helpful when we had a few hiccups during our stay. Even though the property was eventually landlord managed, he was still willing to help when needed. He is polite and even made time on his day off to sort out a few issues! She was aware of our criteria and showed us properties that were of interest to us. We were extremely impressed at how determined Madeleine was at finding us the right property to the very last day before we had to move out of our other property. I found that Morgan Randall were really helpful in our relocation to London, especially our contact Madeleine Holdsworth, whom actually showed us round on three seperate occassions! We didn't in the end find the perfect property with them, but they came very close to finding it. Maddy was really understanding of our needs and helped show us round the area and helped us gain a real understanding of what we could get for our budget. She was also very friendly and reliable, which was important to us as we are relocating from the north and found that some agents at other companies would cancel at the last minute when we had travelled a great distance. Mark was fab! He was friendly from the get go when I called in to the agency. We made arrangements to view a few properties and he was always very friendly. Having had some very negative experiences with estate agents in the past, Mark gave a more 'human' face to our interaction. It felt like I was going house hunting with a friend instead of an estate agent which is a breath of fresh air. I felt in the loop throughout the entire process Mark kept me updated and was very prompt in sending necessary documentation . Not a fan of the fees to place/process an offer I feel like £1000 is quite a lot of money to put down but I can understand the need for it. Two months ago we started looking for a house around Wanstead this was where we wanted to live and we were determined to find a great place. Morgan Randall contacted us with the offer of a stunning three bedroom house, but we thought we'd never be able to afford it. Ronnie was fantastic helping us out with all the paperwork, negotiating for us and making the process so much easier than we ever thought could be!
