I had a flat and I purchased a used tire to match the tread of the other four. I asked the front lady to mount the new used tire, dispose of the old one, and put the spare back up under the SUV where it belows. I dropped my SUV off at 8:30 am and received a call at 10:30 am that it was complete. I go in to pick up the SUV and was charged approx. $53 for the mount and balance and they did not put the spare back under the car. I informed them of their mistake and proceeded to wait 30 mins. After this time I asked the lady how long it would be and she stated they were busy and she had no idea. I had someone pick me up and asked for a call when completed. At 2pm, no response so I called to inquire and received the run around about being busy and they will get to when they can. I asked for the owner Josh to call me because this was unacceptable. Kyle, the guy who does the tires, calls me to explain that they are busy and normally do not put the spare tires back. I explain I specifically made the request and was confirmed they would do it. He then begins to tell me of all the excuses for him not doing the job and tells me he has no idea when he will be able to fix his mistake. The owner, Josh, never returned my call and I just picked up the SUV. Me and my family will never return to this establishment ever again and I will be sharing my experience with all social media friends I can to help them from making the same mistake with R&M. Could not imagine my 70+ year old mother having to lift a 22" tire with rim and put it back under a SUV.

They put the wrong size tires on my vehicle so had to take my vehicle back in the next day to get correct size tires and I was charged an extra $100 and she said I was going to have to get another alignment which was another $125. I said you can't just char me these prices after you quoted me and I was financed for that price, she told me she could charge me whatever she wanted! I told her I wanted to cancel my order it had been less than 12 hours and she said she could not do that. The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.
