The quality of the beef is superb since they own the farm (Apple Brandy Beef) which their beef comes from. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and the type of folks you get to know on a first name basis. And the space is always very clean and fresh smelling. If you grab a ribeye, don't forget a jar of their Apple Brandy Beef steak rub. Pro tip: Get a pound of their beef bacon which is thinly sliced brisket which cooks up just like bacon and is seasoned with a nice black pepper rub. Sear it on med-high in a cast iron for a nice pairing with the local Dry Ridge Farm eggs (you've never had eggs till you have those).

Less than 5 minutes I got a return call letting me know that they have the same box available as the customer would not be picking up till 4:00 pm later that day.
