Overpriced and shoddy work. Needed a new septic field according to them. Took them over a month to…read moreinstall. Multiple excuses for the delay. After they started the work they informed me they don't do concrete work even though they knew ahead of time they would need to cut through my driveway to lay the new lines. No offer to have someone else come and fix it, just hey, that's what it is. Then they cut through two major drain pipes leading from my house to the street. Tried to hide the mistake by burying the trench back with dirt. Didn't attempt to fix it. Didn't bother to tell me they broke the pipes. Just hide and move on. In the process of digging the trench lines they cut thru power lines to my shed. Those lines also fed the street lamp in the backyard and pump for the pond. Again, not a word from them that they screwed up or an offer to fix it. There was a nice tree next to the pond and they specifically promised it would be okay after I informed them I wanted to keep it. Tore it down while I was gone and claimed it couldn't be helped. To top it off they didn't even haul off the tree or the large chunks of concert they cut out of the driveway. By the time they finished it was raining so hard they couldn't properly smooth out the yard leaving large mounds of dirt everywhere. Claimed they would come back and regrade the yard after weather improved. After calling (actually texting) as they don't answer the phone and their voice mailbox won't take any messages, it took me nearly 6 months to get them back out to finish the job. If they had been cheap then I would agree, you get what you paid for. But they were very expensive for the horrible service they provided. See attached photos.

He blamed his partner because he said he wasn't licensed, but yet he was on Anji which is where I found him. Passed the blame. Trust me, there are other people more honest to do business with that don't blame others and are more honest.

They came out to keep our system operating for the weekend! it saved us! We were having company which puts additional stress on your septic system. They have been very professional, courteous and compassionate! they have been out here several times. They are almost finished. the last part to do is install a riser... which I highly recommend!! Otherwise, you'll have to dig the lid out each time.. which is not fun. They will educate you on proper septic system maintenance. you should have your tank pumped every 3-5 years and follow proper guidelines on septic system procedures. These guys are great! I highly recommend them! BTW... don't wait until you have problem. If it's been a while since you've had your tank pumped, be proactive!! Call them now!!

Well, I needed it done and I could not get a hold of my usual guy. Didn't find out until they left that they only cleaned out one of the tanks and charged me $350.00 which is the amount my usual guy charges for cleaning them both out. I feel ripped off. I would search for a better price. I will never call them again. I think they took advantage of me because I was in a bad situation. They should have cleaned out both tanks.
