Karrmin, the property manager, is very nice and willing to look into things for you. We have been living here for 4 months now and no major problems and are satisfied. There was a mix-up with our parking where they didn't write down which apartment had which spot (you're only allowed one space but there is plenty of street room), and too many people were parking multiple cars down there. Other than that, we have been pretty satisfied. Apartment is very pet friendly and one of the best pet policies/low pet rent that I've ever seen! Four star review due to apartment quality. They were built "average" a few years ago, but I could see these getting completely run down within 5-10 years when they are no longer new. We are in a two bedroom (with one bedroom being a loft) and can't complain about the amount of space/storage. There is almost too much storage and not enough living room/kitchen space LOL. We are on the top floor, so not sure if you can hear the people around you stomping around. I've never heard the people on either side of us, though. However, it seems that the wall to the hallway is paper thin and I can literally hear every word spoken in the hallway. Our floor has some rowdy children who race and sprint up and down the hallway it seems every time they are in it. I know it's kids being kids, but sometimes they do it super early or super late when you're trying to sleep. Anyways, the apartments are fine now, but I'm sure will go downhill with wear and tear. Also the windows must be cheap and not energy efficient because our energy bill is $100 every month (and we don't blast the heat!), which seems extremely high! Overall, we are satisfied. I think the sticker shock of the rent is a little high for the quality you get, but you do get a ton more storage space than the average apartment you'll find.

I have lived at Country Aire Apartments for the last 4 months. I'm currently living in a 2…read morebedroom. There is plenty of space and storage. I like that there's a storage unit for each apartment and it's secure, providing you use your own lock. In each building, there is a laundry room with approximately 3 coin washers and 3 coin dryers, and a folding area. Apartments include a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, updated flooring and carpet. Pets are allowed which is very important to me as my dog is part of my family. They provide waste bags and container outside for clean up after your pet. They also provide trash and recycling receptacles. There is a gym which is convenient and a gathering room provide to tenants if they choose to host a party or family gathering. I feel safe at this complex. The management and staff are great workers and are really friendly. Building and grounds are well maintained. The onsite manager is awesome and willing to assist with any issues and will lend a hand if needed.

You will be responsible to pay rent until the lease ends, even if you give notice of 2 months. I paid lease break fee of $500, given one month notice and paid 2 months rent and utilities after leaving the property. Morgenson also hold $1000 rent in advance. After paying 2 months of extra rent, my home listing was prematurely removed from the Cameron Heights website after the approved tenant was confirmed, which halted marketing. After few days, cameron heights management sent an email stating that the tenant is not moving as planned due to his personal reasons and you need to continue paying rent Until a he or new tenant comes or until end of the lease. Additionally, I lost 2 crucial weeks of marketing during the peak summer season due to technical issues with the Morgenson website. These issues were not resolved until I followed up multiple times. Property manager role is very crucial in any rental property and she failed to get a new tenant and her communication with existing tenants is very very unprofessiona.
