For the last 8 days, THE MORNING CALL has not been delivered to our house. Since customer service is on the other side of the world, they really can't do anything but give us a credit. Our former carriers quit the paper a week ago. They had been delivering our paper between 5:30 and 6 am every day. However, their employer was withholding $100 from what they were owed every week. I've been trying for years to STOP the morning call to my home address. I've not paid for a subscription for 5+ years. Over the past two months, I've called multiple times in an attempt to stop this useless paper. The first time I called, my account was to be "deleted", the second time, yes sir, it was "deleted" so not sure why it was still delivered. After calling in today, my account is still there and I am still receiving this paper. This is worthless to me but I guess the only way they can make money is using inaccurate counts & smoke-n-mirrors with advertisers to show their "false" delivery counts. So much for climate change since this just goes right to the landfill. Shameless but shows no one really wants this paper even if it is free. Funny, Nicholas M. states 5 stars and actually pays for this paper. I guess I am a better demographic since mine is free. Then again, probably more fake news to say how great the paper is! read more
