Before and after filled sink hole moved fence. Regraded back yard for proper water drainage
    Dave L.

We had a few sinkholes that were a burden on our pool and backyard. Also had to move a large fence and reuse to lay out fence in a different way. Lang and feliepe and their team did an awesome job. They responded quickly to our questions and concerns and did a great job with the whole project. We are super happy and will have them back soon to do some other things. Thank you guys for all your help. Before and after bellow. We will definitely have them back soon for round two of backyard project

Bad experience. Failed to do 1.5 out of 3 tasks we contracted for, failed to bring the proper tools and equipment to do the work, did not do the specific work detailed on the invoice, charged me for materials that were never used or even purchased, lied to me about it when I asked, did not properly complete the work they did do, and poor quality workmanship. The first job was to trim back a long row of bushes on the top of a 6 foot retainer wall. I was quoted $575 for the job. I asked that the top and only one of the sides be trimmed. Told the owner, Lang, no fewer than three times what I wanted. Fine, that was included on the contract. So first thing, he arrives at my home with 2 workmen but didn't bring a ladder. Wanted to know if I had a ladder his guys could use. Then, he didn't bring the proper equipment and even 1 workman commented that if he had an extension for the hedge trimmer, the job would've been much easier. Plus, he ran out of gas for the trimmer and ended up cutting the tops by hand. So you can imagine that this row of bushes is not nicely or neatly trimmed. Then, after almost 7 hours of doing that, I'm asking, "well what about the side, when is that gonna be done?" The owner acts like one of his men had already done it, which he then tells him that no it hadn't been done yet. Because of the improper equipment, the job took twice as long, looks bad and is not complete. All they ended up doing was the top of the bushes. Then, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the incomplete job, Lang says, "well they look different than when I was here before." And I'm thinking, it's only been 6 weeks, they didn't grow that much. Then he tries to tell me that his workman had been working on it for 10 hours, and I quickly corrected him. I told him that this part of the work was started at 10:15 AM and his man stopped working at about 5:15; that's a total of maybe 7 hours, not 10 It's just that Lang didn't pick up his workmen until after 6 o'clock -those poor men worked so hard and then he made them wait when they were done for a good 45 minutes before he arrived to pick them up. Then Lang proceeds to tell me that he just doesn't have the equipment to do the job. I guess he's never heard of rentals, much less the integrity to stand by the work that he committed to do. I had three companies I was looking at, so if I had known he couldn't complete the task, I would've hired someone else. Then the second task we agreed on was the installation of plastic edging between a rock walkway and pinestraw bed. Well, Lang says that he can't do it because they would have to trench down to put in the plastic edging, and he didn't bring anything with him to do that. And oh yeah, he would have to charge me more than he originally quoted me for the job. So that job was completely a no-go. Then the sod, well, first, he charged me for 15 bags of topsoil, which I am 100% positive he did not use. All I saw were about six bags lying on the ground, and when I asked him about it, he first had a surprised look on his face and then said he was going to purchase it when he brought the sod. I was charged $195 as his "delivery fee" for him to pick up the sod; he did not purchase or bring any additional bags of topsoil. He obviously didn't even know what he agreed to provide and what he billed me for. Also, he was to till the soil and remove all rocks before adding all this topsoil, because I had repeated problems with sod and wanted to make sure the ground was properly prepared. Well that wasn't done either, but I was charged $375 for tilling and removing rocks plus the 15 invisible bags of soil. Then, his workman placed a few pieces of the sod in the wrong place, pulling up good grass that was already there to do so. Plus, he didn't bring the roller to roll out the sod; when I raised this issue, Lang was very unhappy but said he would go home, get the roller and bring it back and do it that evening. I am wondering why he didn't bring it in the first place, so that the job would be done properly. And the sod edging along the flower bed looks terrible. Plus, I was told he bought low quality sod. So now I'm paying someone to come out to fix it all after I paid him $1100 for the job plus his "delivery" fee. Just a very poor experience all around. I would never recommend him at all and would basically tell anyone to stay away from Lang and this company. You can see for yourself from the attached photos that this was just not a good experience. Very similar complaints, including overcharging for materials, on Angi.com. Also, found out that a neighbor used him a year or so ago - told me that these workmen were not the same ones that did the work in his yard, but he also remembers that Lang tried to overcharge him as well and he had to call him down on it.....

    Before

Lang is fantastic to work with. He listened to what we wanted and gave solid advice when appropriate. He showed up when he said he would, was quick with his quote and finished in a timely manner. Prices are definitely reasonable/ appropriate. Definitely recommend!! Check out the Before and after pictures!

Lang's knowledge of local flora and how/where to place it, and care for it once planted, was invaluable.
