My family and I went during their soft launch and the food and experience was great. I love how they have a regular restaurant side and a more relaxed hang out section. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food was so good and offered a lot of items that were different than just the regular breakfast fare. We got the comfortably numb, chilaquiles, danish pancakes, and unoriginal. Everything came out fresh and tasted great. Our favorite was definitely the comfortably numb. But the real star was the smashed spuds. Omg they are the breakfast potatoes of my dreams. So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would honestly go just for these potatoes. I enjoyed my food. I had eggs, bacon, spuds and toast. My husband did not enjoy his dish. He had some type of egg, steak bowl. He said most of his steak wasn't edible. I love my bacon, it was just how I liked it very crispy. The spuds were so delicious never had potatoes like that before. My husband didn't like how he had to continue to get up to get water at their water station. There were no straws by the station and we had to go ask for jam considering we had toast. You pay before you eat. My husband tipped before we sat as well. He wished he didn't because he thought the service was sub par. I thought it was just a hiccup! read more

Not going to recommend (but I had been recommending to my friends ). It seems to have gone downhill. Last time parking lot full...this time lot nearly empty. Last time I substituted biscuit for toast...this time an upcharge. But that's not the issue. I ordered biscuits and gravy with sausage...one biscuit and the smallest sausage ever! I asked after being served and chicken sausage only gets one link (pork gets 2 links) WHAT??? Again...very small link - not even the plump one that some restaurants serve. And the 1 biscuit was rock hard on the outside (wonder when it was made), but when broken up and mixed with gravy, it was tasty. The stinginess of the sausage completely changed my recommend to "not recommend". The pricing is in the range of higher end breakfasts...$19.50 up to $22+ if you want a biscuit with CFS. My meal today - 1 biscuit, white gravy, 2 eggs, potatoes and a very tiny sausage was $19. read more

My wife ordered the Chilaquiles and enjoyed them. I ordered Bennie and the Jets which I would probably not get again. The Hollandaise sauce was extremely salty and I couldn't taste the Rosemary focaccia, but that may have been to the hollandaise. I also prefer full service/sit down places. Food is pretty good, but I won't eat in this restaurant again. Two of us had a date lunch; there was a group of women behind us. They didn't have enough seats and loudly said they'd wait until we were done. They kept standing by our table while they were ordering, apparently supervising how quickly we'd be out of their way. Ok, whatever, rude diners. However, in the space of five minutes we had three visits to our table. First, to ask if we needed boxes. (We'd had our food for 15 minutes.) Second, to clear a dish before I even put my food in the box. Third, two minutes later, to clear the table. It's pretty wild how obvious they were about trying to hustle us out. Given its counter service, I thought it was pricey for what we got and I wasn't overly impressed with the Waldorf salad sandwich. Another great restaurant by local owners of Brews Taphouse. Love that you can order just coffee or a whole breakfast. They have regular tables and cool soft seated areas depending on your mood. Once a full-service brunch spot, Brekky Brunch has transformed into what I can only describe as a chaotic, casual fast-food-esque experience now called Morning Jam. From the moment you walk in, it feels cramped. The entrance is cluttered with merchandise and random knickknacks, making the flow of people entering and exiting awkward and congested. Then you get in line for the registers... and you'll quickly notice the very limited seating. It's a free-for-all, "sit where you can" setup. People end up parking themselves at dirty tables, only to complain about how dirty the tables are... well, yeah. Here's the kicker, once I ordered, I was given a number and told, "We'll bring your food to whatever table you find." You mean IF I find a table. Like many others, I ended up hovering awkwardly near eating diners, hoping someone would leave. Honestly, at what point should a restaurant pause taking orders if there's nowhere for customers to actually sit and eat? Eventually, I gave up and asked for my food to-go! Although, I was seriously debating asking for a refund. But I figured, let's at least see if the food is worth the hassle... Spoiler Alert... it wasn't. The food is okay. Not bad, not great. I do not routinely leave reviews. Morning Jam is an exception ! We have become regulars. Morning Jam fruit cups do not include the standard large and inexpensive melons competitors use . Fruit cups here come with blackberries, strawberries, sliced fresh apples and pomegranate with blueberries. We have come several times now and on every visit we have found the food to be fresh, well prepared as well as decent size portions. Our server Sally recognized us as repeat customers and greeted us with a "welcome back" and a smile upon our entry . We also don't routinely leave a tip for counter service. Again, Morning Jam has been an exception due to the great service, engaging staff and GREAT food we have consistently received throughout every single visit !
