Just had a second crown done by Dr Liggett. He is a very professional dentist. It was painless, and after the procedure, while I rested/and waited for him to manufacture my crown, I was treated to Dr's slide show of his photography. He could easily be a professional photographer. The show was of wildlife, flowers, and Nature. It was a treat to watch. And once my crown was manufactured he simply installed it for a perfect fit. Much better than old days when patients had to wait for weeks for replacement to be made. Great dentist, great and caring staff, and for me...no pain! Our family have been patients of Dr. Baker's for 25+ years and even though we now live over 200 miles away we still travel to have our dental care done with Dr Baker and his team. Every one is professional, competent and they are all so friendly. Dr Baker has a great sense of humor too which makes all visits fun as well as pain free. Dr. Has had the same staff all these years as well, which shows they are a fine working team. They have added a few employees in recent years to keep everything running smoothly and accommodate his patients needs. Dr. Baker is honest and does not ever recommend work or expensive procedures that are not necessary. He gives you all the options available for your needs with pros and cons and then lets you decide. Second time here for a cleaning. First time X-rays and a follow up X-ray yesterday on one tooth/crown he's watching - nothing needed. Here's the deal, he's been here a long time, his educational costs are paid off and he's not trying to do extra work or over charge to pay off a boat. Long time employees with legitimate benefits - not part timers hired cheap. So for a $100 I got a touch up x-ray and a good cleaning by someone who was full time with health benefits - a deal all the way around. Dr. Steven Baker is a fantastic dentist. I had a horrible abscess underneath my bridge and was in a lot of pain. I "cold called" Dr. Baker at 9:30pm, on a Friday night. He met me at his office Saturday at 7:00am. He took x-rays and prescribed antibiotics and some pain medication. He is by far the most caring dentist I have ever seen. Subsequently I have seen Dr. Baker several times to improve my dental health. Also his office staff is wonderful. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now; which I never would have thought possible.
