Please do not move inotthis neighborhood. The Board Members are non compassionate and do not believe in community at all. There is not ample parking, There is only 1 entry/exit into and out of the community With hundreds of homes. The retired Board members seek ways to make residents life miserable. Constantly trying to find ways to financially hurt you with towing and or frivolous fines. It's a neighborhood of unfriendly Board members that have nothing better to do than to be mean to renters. There is absolutely no community in this community because the board have no idea what neighborly means. Mark 12:30. DEFINITELY do not rent the clubhouse because they will keep your deposit for leaving the inside hall door unlocked, that's only accessible by programmed residence keys.
