I had gone in for two piercings one naval and the other my septum. My naval piercing was perfectly aligned. My septum on the other hand was a different story. I previously had my septum done and had perfect placement. Unfortunately, this time it was placed way below where I initially had it as well as just being crooked. Once I got home I immediately had to take it out due to discomfort and the placement being so unaligned. Additionally, my friend had gotten her third lobes pierced which weren't even the slightest bit symmetrical. The piercer was very friendly but unfortunately not efficient. read more

I took my daughter to Morph to get the other side of her nose pierced. It ended up being pierced with a 16 gauge needle and he put a lip ring into her nose instead of a nose ring. She had to get the piercing taken out because of this and how crooked it was. I do not recommend going to him for any type of piercing especially nose piercings. read more

Me and my 2 friends have frequented Morph over the past year. We felt the piercer there had been a bit rude but brushed it off as it wasn't as important. It was only after about 5 combined piercings from all of us we realized that every piercing received at Morph had to be taken out due to horrible placement and poor insertion that led to infection. Even through this I still visited Morph hoping the next piercing would somehow be better than the last, however I reached my breaking point with my most recent piercing. I got my belly button pierced about a week ago at Morph and noticed immediately after that not only was it was way more painful that it should've been, it was also completely crooked. I went back later that night to bring up that it was crooked and was told it was just my body that caused it to be crooked instead of the piercer and that he would re-pierce it to be not crooked. I don't know why he didn't pierce it in the first place to be not crooked or discuss this with me at all and I am also in awe that he was fully willing to pierce me in the same spot hours apart knowing this is not good practice and would put the client in more pain that normal. There should've been discussion about all of this before any needles went near my body and as well as this, I was pierced with a 10 or 12 gauge when 14 gauge is recommended (14 gauge is smaller). I was not told of my options and I stupidly trusted my piercer to give me the best option. Even with cleaning the recommended amount for the piercer, my piercing immediately got infected and only when I went to a trusted, reputable, and professional piercer, were my feelings made valid and he confirmed it was crooked and finally took it out to heal. This is the second time i've been told by the Morph piercer that it's my fault for my piercing reacting poorly and i'm tired of them not taking accountability. Besides this experience, I've heard and had poor experiences with the other workers there. I'm tired of this place not taking accountability for their actions and will finally not be coming back after the multiple chances given. I hate to leave unfavorable reviews especially for small businesses. But, if you are sensitive to low quality metals I would not recommend this shop. I had two lobe piercings done last fall here. I am very sensitive to metals, so asked specifically if they would be able to supply implant grade titanium, they said they would. I was not familiar with the jewelry brands they use but decided to trust. I paid extra for the jewelry that was special ordered. The piercing experience itself was okay, but they healed poorly and painfully over several months. I came back for jewelry changes/adjustments a couple times. I was told to put tea tree oil and aspirin on the piercings which I don't agree with (APP certified piercers generally don't recommend this). 8 months later I finally decided to cut my losses and take out the titanium jewelry and put in some run of the mill gold jewelry I got on Etsy. The piercings healed right up no problem. Upon inspection the "titanium" straight barbells Rarely Suspect had supplied were tarnished and discolored. Titanium shouldn't do this especially with such brief wear, so I brought it back to the shop for a refund (for the jewelry, no intentions of asking for the piercing fee back). Atom was not sure how this could have happened, since he was certain the jewelry was titanium (it anodized), but not able to explain the discoloration. Real titanium has never given me an issue before. He told me he could not supply a refund since he couldn't control what happens to the jewelry once it walks out the door. (???) He offered a replacement instead, which I declined since sadly I'm not going to be putting any more jewelry from this shop in my ears. After some discussion he did agree to give me my money back for the jewelry and said he'd have to check his records because he wasn't sure where he had gotten it in the first place. (!) I don't want to insult the employees in this shop, they seemed nice enough, but if your piercings are a little tricky to heal or if you do best with high quality metals, I wouldn't recommend going here. Especially since they will not be too eager to make things right if you end up with low quality jewelry. I had fewer issues with lobe piercings from a gun in a WalMart when I was 13. read more

Risa is so sweet and saved my butt big time! I'd gotten five ear lobe piercings at Sati back in January, but took them out too soon like a big dumb. They ended up starting to close overnight, and I couldn't get anything back through them. Came in to Morph as a walk-in, and in 15 minutes Risa was able to take me back and get all the starter earrings back in! She was super gentle and sweet, and it hurt way less than my attempts at fixing them. It's been a few days now, and the piercings are back to normal with no problems or infections, even the one I thought would be impossible to save! I really tore into them trying to fix them before asking for her help, so for her to fix them so quickly and gently, and not ask for anything in return, really brought so much relief. I walked in at 5 PM on a Monday after work and was able to get a septum piercing from Atom within 20 minutes of walking in. He was awesome and explained everything and overall had a great energy! I went to Morph after summer break and met a guy name sati body piercings. I have spend hours watching a famous piercing place on YouTube and have planned out my ears since 2018. I went in for a simple helix piercing and was greeted sati. This guy wasn't that friendly and the piercing was more painful then when I got my double helix and when I got my rook. Not a big deal I can deal with pain but after a not so friendly interaction I went to pay and it was 120. 120 for a singular piercing. I'm not poor but I also am a college student and have never experienced a piercing that expensive (and I tip 20% so it ended up being 140 something.) My friend ended up having an appointment w him a week later and I told her she should cancel (their was like a fee and you couldn't get ur money back after w short notice), she called and he said the price was from jewelry and that she could get cheaper but she went in and asked for the cheapest jewelry and it ended up being the same price. This just has scam vibes. I know most came from the "jewelry" but even after this experience my ear had the worst reaction. Normally I barely take care of my piercings and them healing perfectly. This time I used saline solution and everything and it would not heal and burned for months. I ended up taking it out after I saw a keloid forming. It's one thing if it's from me not taking care of it properly but there was nothing different w how I cared for this piercing then any other other then taking better care. After seeing how my friends and I have all had similar experiences I can't say I will ever be back. I have been to multiple piercing places a lot in this town and can confidently say I won't miss going here. read more

I had an amazing experience here today!! I called about a walk in tattoo and the staff was very friendly and said that they had plenty of time but I would need to come asap to ensure a spot. Once I got to the shop, the entire experience was 10/10. Everyone is was nice and very accommodating. I got my first tattoo from Chris Keener and loved every second of it!! I was a bit nervous but he eased my nerves the whole time. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of tattoo.
