I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.

I contacted the office because I needed a refill for a medication that I take daily and cannot simply stop taking. I was told that the physician would not refill my medication because of a no-show appointment from July. The issue is that I was not aware that I had a missed appointment, yet I am now being told that I cannot be seen until November. What is particularly concerning is that I am being left without access to a medication that I take on a daily basis over a scheduling issue that I was not even aware of. Rather than helping resolve the situation or providing an appropriate solution, the medical assistant actually told me that I should find another primary care doctor. After being a patient of this practice for years, I find that response incredibly disappointing. Patients should be treated with professionalism and compassion, particularly when the issue involves an ongoing medication that should not simply be discontinued. I am sharing my experience because I believe patients deserve to know how this office handles situations like this. I hope the practice will reconsider how it communicates with and treats established patients. There is a significant difference between enforcing a no-show policy and leaving a patient without necessary medication while refusing to offer a reasonable solution.

It's a small office and Dr. Wong is the only attending physician. They got a small office but the staff is friendly. Dr. Wong seemed nice. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. We also had some other tests done but they never call us back with the results. A few days later I got mine back but they couldn't find my wife's. Dr. Jason Goldman is really a unicorn. By that I mean he is one of very few physicians who has a single practice with a on-site lab. You make an appointment with him, you see him, not a PA or a wannabee doctor. Compare this approach with many other practices where you're lucky if you get 5 minutes with the actual physician. Yes, he has some very strong opinions about certain aspects of medical practice and insurance and we agree to disagree. But what sets him apart from many of his peers is a keen uptodate medical intellect and truly aggressively seeking the best outcomes for his patient. There have been numerous times where I or family member have needed to see him and are always accommodated the same day. Think that happens with most other physicians? I once thanked him for fitting me in with a same day visit. I distinctly remember his response: "You don't have to thank me; you're my patient that's what I'm here for."

This is after he asked when my last memogram was and I told him about 3 years ago. He dismissed me as a patient in a state of pure anger. No patient should be berated, insulted, or threatened with graphic death scenarios for exercising their right to medical autonomy. His behavior was unprofessional, unethical, and deeply traumatizing.
