He's definitely the best piano tuner I've ever had. But that probably is because his father was a piano tuner. And Sam doesn't teach piano, or perform on the piano. He plays, but his job is tuning. So he's by far the most experienced person to work on my piano. He probably has tuned more pianos than anyone I know of. He spent quite awhile on the repair--turns out there was more than one. He also took the time to show me exactly what he was doing. He then spent at least an hour just on the tuning. So he was working on my piano for at least an hour and a half. He is very polite and professional. A very likable person who is very busy, but gave the impression he was in no hurry as he worked on my piano. I will not use anyone else now.

Their offer was accepted, we have our money, he has the Wurlitzer, and we are done. Am I satisfied? Not with Bill Miller, I assure you! BUT I AM WITH THE BBB! They did an OUTSTANDING job of helping us and preventing him from ripping us off and making him make this distasteful situation "RIGHT!" Do not pay these people anything other than deposits before the work is complete…read more I made the mistake of giving them the money when they arrived. Beast Mode Movers showed no remorse over the death of my friend that I was requested to remove personal belongings. Not realizing these movers were not in Ponca City because they showed up in Ponca City's mover's list as a top mover, I needed movers and was in a time crunch. When they arrived, I was requested to send the remainder of the fee of which I did. Then the job was incomplete even though I was telling them that I was willing to pay for the extra time. The 15 foot truck was barely half full after two hours and they were like "this job is already going to be over 6 hours, we need to go". (2 hours travel and receiving the truck in Ponca, 2 hours to move what was requested, and 2 hours return trip) and even though I was telling them I wasn't worried about paying them (and I was adding a tip on top of the bill) they were determined they were leaving to drop off at new address. What was done was rushed. There was a dining room table that I insisted the top had to be removed first. They were "we were going to move it as a single unit" and proceeded to do so. They carried it by the top and the bolts stripped the connecting hole and the table now wobbles until I can get it repaired. The questionnaire even asked if there was something that needed to be disassembled. It was only two bolts! I had to wait for transportation for me, but they were in such a hurry that I knew I was going to be there shortly afterwards. It was agreed that the furniture that made it to the truck could be placed in my parking space... they put it in the wrong parking space in the next building.
