Liars, cheaters, scammers, dishonest Typical you go in for one thing and they find something else wrong that costs an outrageous amount little scam. My vehicle is pretty new and what they suggested was wrong with my truck was pretty implausible. So they didn't do my alignment and still took my $40.00! Unreal, right?! So I take it down the road to a place called Randolph's and I tell them what happened and they look at it. Then they bring me back to the garage and show me proof that what Morris Tire was telling me was absolutely false! That there's nothing wrong with my truck and they do the alignment for me $15.00 cheaper than Morris Tire charges. I've been very upset the last few weeks about how Morris Tire employees tried to handle me. I will never go there again and you shouldn't either. My husband and I were headed home to north Texas after a visit with family at Fort Polk. Just a few miles from post, we realized a couple of our tires were low. Wasting my time repeatedly. I stopped a few weeks ago for a quick tire repair on a Saturday. The place was about empty, for me in and out, and I noticed their prices for normal maintenance appear very fair and reasonable vs some other places, so I directed my wife to go there for an oil change and tire rotation. She went on a Friday morning, and unfortunately, they were full up already for the day but they suggested she come back Saturday, and that they open at 9. No option to schedule an appointment when she asked, but told no its first come, first serve. We get there at 8:55 this morning, the parking lot is packed, there are two gentlemen in front of me in line inside as they're already open apparently, and I'm told at 8:59 when at the counter that they already are fully scheduled for the day. So apparently you need to guess what time they open and be there 30 minutes earlier. Gentleman in front of me was turned away as well after asking for an alignment. read more

I have waited about a month for an appointment. The few times I have been here you have to make an appointment in advance. Last time I was here it took an hour . Now the same thing again. When asked about it the customer service man wanted to argue and say this happens all the time. if they can't do the specific job in a timely manner don't book others. They made excuses -I claimed it was bad customer service -no more business with these guys. You better not be late.. Unorganized-I am definitely going some where different to get better satisfaction. read more

Sad sad! Had a slow leak in my tire. They checked it said it had no leak. None of the employees were knowledgeable said tires leak from a pressure point but we couldn't find it. The first person waiting on me left & went to lunch while my keys lay on the counter. I questioned some man in the office stuffing his face -if my truck was ready. He called the manager & he says I didn't know we were working on your truck. They rotated my tires improperly according to my truck manuel & charged me $15 for it. My tire lost 2lbs driving it & I had to put several bottles of fix a flat ultimately having to change the tire in a dangerous position on side of the highway. I deserve a refund for my wasted time! Fast Friendly Service. fair prices for quality tires. Sure you'd pay less at wallyworld, but you get what you pay for. Morris is a real tire shop, not just a place that sells tires. I have access to the equipment to mount and balance my own tires, but I went to Morris, because unlike other shops, they are actually better at it than I am. First and last time doing business at Morris Tire. Bought new tires to mount, balance, and alignment. Should be pretty easy job for a tire company, sadly only 1 out of 3 got accomplished. When I picked up my vehicle I was told there was an issue with the alignment, the camber was maxed out and they had gotten it as close as they could but it was out of tolerance. Was lead to believe the vehicle had another issue since they could not align it. Left there with my vehicle pulling to the right and a shaking steering wheel. Made an appointment with the dealership to get the struts, ball joints,.... checked out to find out what was wrong. The only issues found was tires not balanced and the vehicle was out of alignment. $170. Vehicle fixed no longer shaking or pulling. Talked to Morris about it, they said I should have brought it back, why would I bring it back if your saying it was another problem, makes no sense. Then tried to convince the dealership charged me for an alignment they didn't do, after I brought them the alignment sheet from the dealership they tried to tell me the dealership did it wrong and I needed a camber kit to fix it the right way. Realizing that Morris is a place that charges for 100% of the job but is happy to do 33% and make excuses why they can't finish it and criticize others who can do the job, I left never to return. read more

I have been a customer for a few years and have not had a problem, I liked there customer service and prices were reasonable. As of today I will never go back. I had an appointment last week that I had to change and they set it up for today. When brought my truck in this morning I was not on the schedule and the mechanic was double booked. Of course I was a bit aggervated but left it there after they told they would try to squeeze it in. They were able to squeeze it in today. When I arrived at closing time to pick it up they told me that my exhaust manifold had two bolts broken off, and said this was out of there expertise and even recommended a shop to bring it to. I also had them check my windshield wiper hose as I thought it was clogged. They told me it was dry rot and they would have to order parts if they were going to fix it. My response was sure can we order the parts and I will bring back the truck when ready. The employees than told me that will not happen as they don't want to deal with my anymore as I was being a "BUTTHOLE". I have have never been treated like that at a shop. I guess Morris tires does not need me as a customer which is fine I will gladly go to their competitors. With this kind of customer service I can't wait to see them close the doors for the final time. I will also tell everyone I know not to go to Morris Tires. read more

I brought my tire in on a Monday with the promise that the new tire would be here on Wednesday. We never received any update or call. We called three times before Friday and they kept stalling us. Friday we called and oops, they still had it in Shreveport as a customer pick up but not to worry, their Deridder store had in stock but they would give us a call back and let us know when we could pick it up. Crickets. We called the Deridder store and they did NOT have it in stock so now we have to get it done and wait another half a week since it's now the weekend. We have a second vehicle so if you're patient and okay with the run around and not having a vehicle, by all means go with this company. I will never give them my business and never recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible. I used to go here all the time for my company. I've gotten multiple oil changes and several new sets of tires at this location. This will be the LAST time I go. There is always something with this place. They say I need an appointment for an oil change (which I have never been told before, I always go on the same days at the same times) but then you end up waiting 3 hours for said oil change with an appointment. They also never have tires in stock but their sister store in Deridder does. They aren't the best with customer service either. To choose what policies go depending on the rep is ridiculous. Take your money to T&M- way quicker and cheaper too! read more

Best customer service in Leesville, was in and out in a very timely manner. new tires, parts & alignment done same day. the manager was extremely helpful and honest in assisting us with the issues we were having. the mechanic replaced the front end parts we needed and explained the issue to us in a professional manner. my wife's van has not driven this good since we got it. this will be our go to shop from here on out. read more

Crooked and inept service, took my new jeep in for an alignment yesterday, because I installed a new drag link ! The so called technician, could'nt even align the steering wheel correctly, he said the drag link was too long, and said we see this a lot, and then said the tie rod was froze up and they couldn't adjust That either, he gouged the shit out of both it and the drag link with a pipe wrench ! He said I needed a new one, What the heck its a new Jeep ! He said they tried 3 times to align it, and believe it or not those crooks still charged me $144.00 for doing nothing ! I called teraflex the manufacturer of the new drag link and they said that the alignment technician had to be s moron because the drag link was factory length ! So I went to Henry Tire today and they fixed it in 30 minutes for only $49.00 ! So If you want it done right go to Henry Tire instead ! (Moral of the story : Never let dumb ass crooks work on your vehicle !) read more

Great Service from this business. My infant son was born with medical complications at Ft. Polk and when I was out of the hospital running errands with my wife (we had 2 hours to eat lunch after living in the hospital for 10 days already); I cut a tire on a curb. I had flown in from overseas for the birth of my son and was flying back out the following day. It was so important that I didn't leave my wife to deal with the hospital and a problem with the car. I put the spare on and drove down the road to Morris Tire on a Saturday, 15 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. I stepped in an explained I was in need of a tire fast and the staff had no issues with calling out to the garage, asked them to mount one more tire, and in less than 30 minutes had us back on the road. Their employees worked over that day to help our family and I truly appreciate that. I flew back out the following morning leaving my wife and son with reliable transportation. They are great, I highly recommend going here! They were very thorough and didn't suggest doing anything they didn't need to do (as some other auto shops in the area do). We were ready to buy new tires and they were very honest and told us we actually didn't need them. Will be returning here for all my service needs for both of my vehicles.
