When…read morethey were up there looking at it they found another spot where a tree had fallen on the roof and they repaired it for me immediately without my even asking them to do so. They also found another spot where a tile had come off. When they came back to install the new flat roof for me they also fixed the spot with the missing tile. Also, without me asking them to do so. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up. I also had some extra garbage due to the leaking roof and they took all of that away for me at no extra charge. These guys were very polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

Initial response was quick and we agreed upon an upgrade to our plumbing at our cottage. While…read morecostly, we thought the work would be done well. They charge for the initial quote. Submersible pump installed along with other work - less than a week later, we arrived to find the pump detached and our furnace room flooded and new sod ruined. My husband had to fix it himself and the plumber showed up after lunch the next day. Hoses under the cottage were all sagging in the middle so there was no way they would drain properly. Plumber had to come back to fix the hoses and they told us they did that for minimal cost, when it should have been done correctly in the first place. We had another plumber drain the system because their cost to drain was outrageous - 4x as expensive. Company accused me of being antagonistic when I called to complain and told me I was no longer their customer. Would never recommend this business - very disappointed.
